A SCRUBBER FOR CLEANING OF A GAS
A scrubber for cleaning of a gas comprises a casing, enclosing a scrubbing chamber. The casing comprises a gas inlet into and a gas outlet out from the scrubbing chamber. The casing permits the gas to flow through the scrubbing chamber from the gas inlet to the gas outlet. A deflector device is provided in the scrubbing chamber between the gas inlet and the gas outlet and forms a passage between the deflector device and the casing. The deflector device comprises a downstream surface facing the gas outlet and having an outer edge. A spraying nozzle is configured to spray a scrubbing liquid into the scrubbing chamber and the gas flow. A channel member extends from the deflector device. The channel member leads scrubbing liquid collected by the deflector device from the deflector device.
A SCRUBBER FOR CLEANING OF A GAS
A scrubber for cleaning of a gas comprises a casing enclosing a scrubbing chamber. The casing comprises a gas inlet into and a gas outlet out from the scrubbing chamber. A gas flow of the gas flows through the scrubbing chamber in a flow direction from the gas inlet to the gas outlet. A deflector device is provided in the scrubbing chamber between the gas inlet and the gas outlet and forms a passage between the deflector device and the casing. A spraying nozzle is arranged between the gas outlet and the deflector device for spraying a scrubbing liquid into the scrubbing chamber and the gas flow. An inner shield extends between the casing and the deflector device, surrounds the deflector device at least partly, and forms a gap with the casing. Scrubbing liquid may flow through the gap.
Packing
A packing has a plurality of sheet materials spaced and arranged in parallel, and liquid flows along the flat surface thereof in a standing use state. Each sheet material has at least one member group including a plurality of support members arranged such that the upper end of the uppermost support member corresponds to the upper end of the sheet material and the lower end of the lowermost support member corresponds to the lower end of the sheet material. Each support member has a pair of support walls parallel to the liquid flow direction and perpendicular to the sheet material surface, and a bridging part connecting the support walls. A sandwiching structure is formed that one sheet material is held by at least one support member attached thereto and at least one support member attached to an adjacent sheet material, and it extends linearly through the plurality of sheet materials.

Packed column
Provided is a packed column capable of achieving sufficiently high distillation performance even with the height of its gas-liquid contactors reduced. The packed column is a packed column which includes a gas-liquid contactor 17, 18 inside a tubular body 16 and a liquid distributor 19 in the upper most portion and causes descending liquid and ascending gas to contact each other in the gas-liquid contactor. The operation pressure is in the range of 200 to 1500 kPaG. The relative volatility is in the range of 1.9 to 3.1. The gas-liquid contactor is vertically divided into at least two parts. A gas disperser 20 is provided at at least one position between a lower one of the gas-liquid contactors and an upper one of the gas-liquid contactors, the gas disperser uniformly dispersing the composition of the ascending gas rising from the lower gas-liquid contactor toward the upper gas-liquid contactor.

PROCESS AND APPARATUS FOR HYDROCRACKING WITH INTEGRATED DUAL STRIPPING COLUMNS
A process and apparatus for hydrocracking a hydrocarbon stream and with heat integration between two stripping columns. Both stripping columns use a reboiler for heat input to avoid steam recovery and dew point issues in the overhead. A hot stripped stream can provide heat to the cold stripping column by heat exchange. Additionally, as few as two heaters that rely on external utilities may be required for reboiling fractionator column bottoms.
