LIQUID CONTAINMENT AND FILTRATION DEVICE
A filtration system for filtering liquid. The filtration system includes a vessel and a filtering media within the vessel. The vessel contains an underdrain at the bottom to drain the filtered liquid coming in from the top of the vessel. A drain port is provided at the bottom of the vessel in order to provide ease of access for maintenance and replacement of the underdrain. The system disclosed provides ease of maintenance thus aiding in the prevention of corrosion.

SOLID-LIQUID FILTRATION ASSEMBLY AND METHOD OF USE
A solid-liquid filtration assembly for removing solids from a solid-liquid mixture includes a filter module comprising a pan, to which a screen is attached, and a scraping arm, to which is attached slurry nozzles. A media bed on the screen separates solids from a mixture of a liquid and the solids. Filtrate drains from the pan via a drain tube. A scraping arm removes dewatered solids and soiled media from atop the media bed, forward of the scraping arm. The scraping arm also expels the dewatered solids and the soiled media from the pan, while slurry nozzles deliver the mixture to the media bed aft of the scraping arm.
Automatic sand filter system controller
A system includes a sand filter disposed within a tank. A pipe connected to the tank is configured to flow fluid in or out of the tank. The system includes a valve configured to selectively allow fluid to flow through the pipe and a flowmeter configured to measure a flow rate of fluid through the pipe. An automatic control unit includes one or more processors and a non-transitory computer readable medium storing instructions executable by the one or more processors to perform operations including determining a debris accumulation status for the sand filter based in part on flow measurements from the flowmeter, and determining a failure status of the valve based in part on flow measurements from the flowmeter.
Enclosed Media Fluid Filtration Device
A filtration device comprising a media basket, a baseplate, and a canister. The media basket is affixed to the baseplate. The canister has a cavity therein and is detachably coupled with the baseplate to enclose the media basket. The media basket contains a porous filtration material that efficiently removes contaminants from liquid. The device is configured to establish a first siphon to convey liquid from outside the device into the canister cavity through a canister pipe when a liquid level outside the filtration device is higher than the top of the weir in the canister pipe and configured to establish a second siphon to convey liquid from canister cavity through the top of a center riser pipe and out an outlet pipe when the first siphon has been established and the liquid level outside the filtration device is higher than the top of the center riser pipe.

INTERMITTENT CYCLED FILTER APPARATUS AND SYSTEM
The present invention is an intermittent cycled biological filter. Liquid enters a filtration container through an inlet line and travels to the bottom of an internal cavity of the container, passing through any filtration media in the container. The liquid then exits through a siphon mechanism having external and internal siphon tubes connected to an internal cavity of the container. The liquid travels up external siphon tube, down internal siphon tube, and through an outlet line. A siphon break tube connected to the external siphon tube destroys the suction pulling the liquid up once the liquid level in the container drops below a certain level, allowing liquid to begin filling the container again. This allows intermittent wetting of the filtration media. In certain embodiments, multiple filtration containers may be connected in series and/or parallel to allow for a greater volume or level of filtration.
FILTER, WATER FILTER, AND ABOVE-GROUND POOL
A filter is provided. The filter includes: a filter cartridge, comprising a side wall and an upper end; a cartridge cover on the upper end of the filter cartridge, wherein the cartridge cover and the filter cartridge together define a first chamber. The filter further includes a filter chamber in the first chamber, a fiber filter material in the filter chamber, a water intake channel disposed on the filter cartridge or on the cartridge cover and in fluid communication with the filter chamber, and a water discharge channel in fluid communication with the filter chamber. The filter may be a water filter. An above-ground pool is also provided including the filter.
