FILTER DEVICE
A filter device allows avoiding liquid and dust before filtration to flow out to a tank during replacement of a filter element. A case includes a first tubular portion and a second tubular portion positioned with a lower side of the first tubular portion. The second tubular portion has a diameter smaller than that of the first tubular portion. In a state where the filter element is provided inside the case, a tubular portion of the filter element abuts on the second tubular portion. A part abutting on the second tubular portion of the tubular portion is absent of a hole. A part without abutment on the second tubular portion of the tubular portion has a plurality of holes.
FILTER DEVICE
A filter device that facilitates maintenance is provided. A case that internally includes a filter element includes a lid body. The lid body includes a flange portion having a substantially cylindrical shape fixed to the case and a cover having a substantially plate shape detachably provided to the flange portion. The flange portion has a first hole, and the cover has a second hole. The first hole and the second hole communicate between a space inside the case and a space outside the case.
Filter state estimation system and filter state estimation method
A filter state estimation system is configured to estimate a state of a filter provided in a hydraulic circuit. The hydraulic circuit includes: the filter; a bypass channel circumventing the filter and through which an oil flows; and a valve provided in the bypass channel and configured to be opened and closed based on a differential pressure. The filter state estimation system includes: a sensor to detect that the valve is in an open state or in a closed state; a temperature sensor to detect a temperature of the oil; and a state estimating unit to estimate a state of the filter based on detection results detected by the sensor and the temperature sensor. The state estimating unit estimates the state of the filter based on the temperature of the oil which is detected by the temperature sensor when the sensor detects that the valve is in the open state.
PORTABLE LUBRICANT FILTRATION TOOL AND METHODS OF USE
There is disclosed a tool for filtering a lubricant to meet a target ISO cleanliness code. The tool includes a skid-mounted integrated filtration system having a pump that circulates a flow of lubricant from an inlet port, through a heater, through a series of specifically sized filters, and past a digital particle counter. The filtration system also includes a user interface and a programmable logic controller (PLC) configured to track outputs from the pump, the oil heater, and the particle counter to monitor a cleanliness of the circulating lubricant. The filtration system also includes a filtration operations server in communication with the PLC and configured to implement a tracking and monitoring software application enabling control of the filtration system from the system itself or remotely through one or more remote user terminals such as a smartphone, a laptop or tablet computer, and the like. Other embodiments are disclosed.
MODULAR FILTER ASSEMBLY
A fluid filter assembly that is defined by a head portion, a base portion, and a filter tube housing that is captured therebetween. Each head portion includes more than one fluid inlet and more than one fluid outlet that are oriented relative to the respective head portion such that a plurality of fluid filter assemblies can be fluidly connected to one another to provide a desired degree of filtration of the fluid passed therethrough and such that the fluid filter assemblies can be oriented in a plurality of orientations relative to one another to provide a desired configuration of the fluid filter assembly.

Inlet screen for a hydropower plant
The present invention relates to an inlet screen adapted to be arranged at the water inlet (8) of a hydropower plant and comprises a plurality of elongated bars (20), said bars (20) being separated by a distance holding means, each elongated bar (20) having in its elongation a proximal portion and a distal portion, and an upstream region and a downstream region, said upstream and downstream regions being at an angle in relation to said proximal and distal portions, at least one of said bars (20) defining a space (36; 36a) extending along at least a portion of the elongation of said bar (20), said bar (20) being provided with an electric heating means (31). In accordance with the invention, said elongated bar has an elongated intermediate portion (38a), said space (36; 36a) being defined in either of the upstream region (35a) and the downstream region (35b), said intermediate portion (38a) extending along the elongation of the bar (20) between the upstream region (35a) and the downstream region (35b), said electric heating means (31) comprising at least one electric heating member (37) being introduced into said space (36; 36a).
