The present invention provides a multi plate screw press sludge dewatering machine and a helical shaft thereof. The multi plate screw press sludge dewatering machine includes fixed rings, movable rings, the helical shaft, a sludge inlet tank and a sludge discharging tank; the helical shaft adopts a variable diameter variable pitch helical shaft, a lead angle arrangement sequence of a helical blade of the whole helical shaft is gradual reduction from the sludge discharging tank to the sludge inlet tank, and the lead angle arrangement sequence is gradually reduced from 16°-22° to 6°-14°; a pitch of the helical shaft is gradually increased along a direction from the sludge inlet tank to the sludge discharging tank; a diameter of a shaft body of the helical shaft is gradually increased along with a direction of the sludge discharging tank from a ⅓ position of a shaft length; and blockage prevention plates are arranged on two sides of the bottom of the helical blade. The helical shaft in the present invention is specially designed, so that the pitch is more reasonable, a helical angle is gentler, frictional resistance when sludge passes through the helical shaft may be effectively reduced, and phenomena of shaft blockage and shaft sticking of the sludge may be reduced.
Sludge dehydrator
The “sludge dehydrator” equipment is a machine that permits to remove low turbidity water from sludge or watery pastes of industrial or mining origin, with the following objectives: To optimize ore recovery processes such as flotation by means of an increase of the sludge density; To thicken sludge or watery pastes for optimizing the filtering and drying processes, as well as to dispose of mining tailings; To concentrate and dispose of solids in suspension and to recover and recycle clean or clarified water. The “sludge dehydrator” equipment has been designed on the basis of a rectangular tank provided with the necessary infrastructure for containing inside a series of suction plates being connected to a vacuum system, through which the process of solid-liquid separation is carried out and, on the other hand, to contain the cleaning mechanism—the cleaning car—with its motor system made up by pneumatic or hydraulic components required to clean suction plates the filtering medium and to keep them permanently operative. In accordance with the “sludge dehydrator” feeding and the design of the lower or bottom cone of the rectangular tank will benefit to be derived from the industrial and mining operation.
PUMP ASSEMBLY
Improved systems and methods for cleaning a filter are described, including apparatuses that include a built-in mechanism for cleaning a filter screen. The system can include a brush mounted in contact with a filter screen, adapted so that the brush can be moved to clean the filter screen. In some versions, the brush rotates with an axis of rotation perpendicular to a plane defined by a substantially planar filter screen. In other versions, the brush is adapted to be moved by a gravitational force along a surface of a filter screen upon removal of a pump housing from a pump well. In still other versions, a substantially cylindrical brush is mounted nested with a substantially semi-cylindrical filter screen, and the brush can be rotated while in contact with the filter screen and with an axis of rotation aligned with a longitudinal axis of the filter screen.
Vapor relief strainer with cleaner
A vapor relief strainer cleaning assembly comprises a turbine and dislodger assembly, wherein the turbine is configured to move a dislodger assembly disposed within a vapor screen relief vessel. Exemplary dislodger assemblies are configured to be powered by vapor or gas and to use excess vapor or gas optionally to dislodge non-condensable contaminants from the filter screen or to facilitate contaminant dislodgement from the inner wall of the filter screen.
SEPARATION DEVICE AND METHOD TO SEPARATE CONTAMINANTS FROM CONTAMINATED WATER
The present disclosure relates to a separation device to separate contaminants from contaminated water. It comprises a container to receive the contaminated water. The container further comprises a contaminated water inlet, a filter, a presser for compressing and/or dewatering contaminants separated from the contaminated water, and a contaminant outlet. The container further comprises a gas inlet for generating gas bubbles into the contaminated water to further separate contaminants from the contaminated water. The present disclosure relates to a use of such a separation device and a method of separating contaminants from contaminated water.
SELF CLEANING FILTER SYSTEM AND METHOD
A filter apparatus includes a filter, such as a cartridge, positioned within a housing. The filter apparatus has multiple ports and valves, so as to allow a user to easily switch between a filtration mode of filtering fluids and a maintenance mode of cleaning the filter. The filter can have a filter substrate in a housing and after filtrate builds up on the substrate, the substrate can be cleaned by directing a spray of fluid, such as from a ring of nozzles at the top of the housing, onto the substrate. A maintenance port can be provided to drain the debris washed from the substrate. The filter can switch between a backwash mode and a filtration mode.
Multi plate screw press sludge dewatering machine

PULSE NOZZLE FOR FILTER CLEANING SYSTEMS
A nozzle for a filter cleaning system has a stub portion having an inlet opening and an outlet opening, and a splitter portion positioned downstream of the stub portion. The splitter portion has deflector surfaces arranged to direct the airflow exiting the stub portion outlet in 3 or more different/separate airstreams each of which airstreams are directed inclined axially outwardly from the axial direction of the airflow exiting the stub portion outlet opening. The various parameters of the splitter nozzle portion can be tailored to provide required jet shape and entrainment characteristics. A beneficial feature of the nozzle designs is that jet entrainment and recombination of flows can be specified for different shaped filters.
