Pipe fittings with filter
Pipe fittings with a filter contain a body, a filter valve, and two seal gaskets. The body includes a first connection pipe and a second connection pipe, a receiving orifice, and at least one guide slot. The filter valve includes a driven section and an operation portion. The two seal gaskets are accommodated in the first peripheral groove and the second peripheral groove respectively. The driven section has a first peripheral groove, a second peripheral groove, and a filtration orifice defined between the first peripheral groove and the second peripheral groove and communicating with the driven section, and at least one fixing bolt mounted between the operation portion and the first peripheral groove and extending outward from the driven section. The at least one fixing bolt slides into the at least one guide slot respectively so that the filter valve is accommodated in the receiving orifice.
Filtration system and method of use
A filtration system includes a filtration device having filter slats positioned in a linear array and connected via a supporting structure, the filter slats being parallel to one another and being fixed at an angle relative to the linear array; and pores created by the filter slats; a fluid flow chamber to hold the filtration device such that fluid passes through the filtration device, the fluid flow chamber having a filtration channel with an inlet to receive fluid and an expulsion channel in fluid communication with the filtration channel; a filtrate channel in fluid communication with the filtration channel such that fluid passes through the filtration device between the filtration channel and the filtrate channel, the filtrate channel having a filtrate channel outlet; one or more pressure modulating structures in fluid communication with the fluid flow chamber such that the pressure modulating structure modifies pressure in the fluid flow chamber.
Method and Apparatus for Customized Filtration and Enhancement of Drinking Water
A water-dispensing device includes a source water intake, a spigot, and first and second filters arranged between the intake and the spigot. The first filter includes a first inlet and outlet. At least the first inlet includes a first electrically controlled valve for selectively placing the first filter in fluid communication with the intake. The second filter includes a second inlet and outlet. At least the second inlet includes a second electrically controlled valve for selectively placing the second filter in fluid communication with the intake. A controller is configured to: (i) receive a water selection from a user, and (ii) configure the first and second valves based on the selection such that water flowing from the intake toward the spigot will enter any of the first and second filters corresponding to the selection and bypass any of the first and second filters that do not correspond to the selection.
FILTER CAPABLE OF AUTOMATICALLY CUTTING OFF GAS FLOW
A filter capable of automatically cutting off gas flow, including: a housing (1) with a cavity, a filter element (2) disposed in the cavity, a blocking mechanism disposed in the flow channel (13), and an unblocking member (23). The housing is provided with an inlet end (11) and an outlet end (12). The filter element (2) is provided with a first chamber (21). A second chamber (23) is formed between the filter element (2) and the housing (1), and a flow channel (13) is disposed between the first chamber (21) and the inlet end (11). The blocking mechanism has an unblocking state in which the blocking mechanism is cooperated with the unblocking member (23) to allow a gas flow to flow out of the flow channel (13), and a blocking state in which the blocking mechanism prevents the gas flow from flowing out of the flow channel (13).
MICROPLASTIC EFFLUENT SEPARATOR WITH WASH APPARATUS
The invention relates to preventing microplastics from the entering the environment. In particular the invention is directed to regenerating the efficiency of filters for removing microfibers from washing machine waste water, as well as waste from other appliances and other sources of effluent with entrained microplastics. A separator is therefore provided for separating microplastics from waste water comprising a chamber with an inlet and an outlet, at least one sieve structure forming a permeable barrier between the inlet and the outlet and a wash apparatus for washing the sieve structure.
