PASSIVE DUST FILTER FOR AN INSPECTION HATCH
The invention is directed to a passive dust filtering system for an inspection hatch of steel bulk storage vessel. The system includes a filter containment unit and an adaptor section for securing the unit to the storage vessel. The adaptor section includes a mounting flange having one or more magnetic switches to engage the storage vessel. A purge control system is used to periodically pulse air into filter elements in the filter containment unit to blow dust from the outside of the filter elements back into the vessel.
DUST FILTER FOR INTEGRATION WITH A CONVEYOR SKIRTING SYSTEM
The invention is directed to a dust filter system for integration with a conveyor skirting system. The systems are configured for handing dust from dry bulk materials being transported on a conveyor. The skirting system includes a top, a first side wall and a second side wall and is mounted above a portion of the conveyor. The dust filtering system is mounted on the top of the skirting system and includes an opening connected to a discharge plenum having a blower fan. A dust suppression manifold for spraying a chemical solution is connected to the top of the conveyor skirt downstream the dust filtering system.
Personalized air purification device
A personalized air cleaning device having a housing which has at least one air intake region for sucking air into the housing and at least one air blow-out region for blowing the air out of the housing, a cleaned blow-out air stream being directed towards the body, and in particular against the face of a user, the housing of the air cleaning device being of approximately disc-shaped round or oval or polygonal design, and wherein the air intake region and the air outlet region are arranged in the same plane on the circumference of the housing.
Vacuum filter having annular catch
A filter for a vacuum cleaner includes a top having an open center, a bottom plate having an outermost edge, a center, an inside surface facing towards the top, an outside surface facing away from the top, and a catch extending from the inside surface annularly around the center, filter material being secured between the top and bottom plate. An adaptor for a filter cage or the filter cage itself includes a radial retention ring that engages the catch of the filter.
Self-Locking Manifold and Filter
A filter that is self-locking to a filter manifold includes a flange having a major axis and a minor axis in plan view, and that is longer along the major axis than the minor axis. The filter further includes a stopper on the major axis, that can contact a filter manifold when the filter is inserted into the manifold and rotated. The filter can be used with a filter manifold having a slot with an opening having a width greater than the length of the minor axis and smaller than the length along the major axis of the flange, and past the opening, has sufficient width to accommodate the length of the major axis. This arrangement allows the flange to be inserted into the slot in an insertion orientation, but does not permit the flange to pass through the opening of the slot when it is in a locking position.
FILTER ASSEMBLY AND DRYING APPARTUS HAVING THE SAME
A filter assembly and a drying apparatus having the filter assembly are proposed. The filter assembly (180) may purify air introduced into the main body (100) of the drying apparatus. The filter assembly (180) may be protruded by a predetermined distance to a side surface of the main body (100) by the moving plate (190). The filter frame (182) protruded by the moving plate (190) may be removed from the moving plate (190) to perform maintenance of filters (184, 186, 188).
HVAC RETURN FLITER HOLDER
This present invention relates to a unique HVAC air filter holder designed to prevent or reduce air from escaping or otherwise bypassing the HVAC air filter. The HVAC air filter holder comprises a filter securing device, and is a material that is compressible, moldable, expansible or the like such that it can be secured around the perimeter of the air filter.
Flexible filter cage for a make-up air module
A flexible filter cage for receiving an air filter in an air conditioner unit includes a first frame portion and a second frame portion spaced apart from the first frame portion to define a frame cavity therebetween. A flexible bridge extends between and flexibly connects the first frame portion and the second frame portion to permit flexing of the filter cage up to a predetermined angle which facilitates easy mounting into a filter slot defined by the air conditioner unit.
Air cleaner assembly
An air cleaner assembly including a tray including two cleat receptacles spaced apart from one another at a back side of the assembly and a cover including two cleats at the back side, each of the two cleats adapted to seat within one of the two cleat receptacles. The assembly further includes a mounting bracket coupled to the tray, between the two cleat receptacles. The mounting bracket includes a guide rib extending outward from the mounting bracket, toward the cover.
Ceramic honeycomb bodies, honeycomb extrusion dies, and methods of making ceramic honeycomb bodies
A method to form a laminar integral skin of a honeycomb structure is provided. The method includes extruding a ceramic precursor batch through a die with feedholes in entry side and slots in exit face of the die to form the honeycomb structure. In a region on the periphery of the die configured to form the cell matrix, a series of concentric slots around the matrix in the exit face of the die are configured to feed skin onto the matrix. Ring sections between concentric slots are angled away from the center and a mask is disposed on top of the periphery producing a channel for extruded skin to meet and bond to extruded matrix. Optionally, slots in the skin-forming ring sections enhance knitting between laminar skin layers. The die and honeycomb body having uniform integral skin are also provided.
