The air cleaner includes a housing, an inlet located at a lower part of the housing, a filter assembly, an outlet, and a brush unit. The filter assembly is located above the inlet, and a diameter of the filter assembly is gradually shortened in the direction from an upper part of the filter assembly to a lower part of the filter assembly. The discharge port is located above a second filter assembly. The brush unit is used to eliminate contaminants from an outer surface of the filter assembly.

Air cleaner

An air cleaner is provided. The air cleaner may include at least one air cleaning module including a fan, a filter and an inlet through which air is suctioned into the filter; an air flow controller configured to be movably disposed on the at least one air cleaning module and including an air flow control fan to control a flow of the air discharged from the at least one air cleaning module. The air flow controller may be movable from a first position at which the air is discharged in an upward direction to a second position at which the air is discharged in a diagonally upward direction.

AIR CLEANER

An air cleaner including a first housing including a first suction port and a first discharge port; a first fan inside the first housing; a coupling duct on an upper portion of the first housing; a second housing including a second suction port and a second discharge port; a second fan inside the second housing; and a coupling base on a lower portion of the second housing and including a guide surface sloping outwardly in an upward direction, wherein the coupling base is separably couplable to the coupling duct. When the coupling base and coupling duct are coupled, a portion of air discharged through the first discharge port is guided by the guide surface and discharged outside of the second housing, and when the coupling base and coupling duct are separated, air is guided by the guide surface into the second housing.

Filter element, filter system comprising a filter element, and method

A filter element for a filter system for filtering a fluid has a filter bellows arranged about a longitudinal axis and enclosing an interior of the filter element. A closed end disk is arranged at a first end of the filter element and closes off the interior of the filter element. An end disk with an opening to the interior of the filter element is arranged at a second end of the filter element oppositely positioned to the first end viewed in direction of the longitudinal axis. The closed end disk has a hollow pin projecting into the interior of the filter element in direction of the longitudinal axis. The filter system has a housing for receiving the exchangeable filter element with a housing part closable by a cover. The hollow pin of the closed end disk can be pushed onto a pin of the housing part.

Filter insert for a filter device

A filter insert for a filter device, having a filter element arranged on a longitudinal axis extending there through and a front-side flow opening arranged on the front side of the filter element with the longitudinal axis extending through the flow opening. The filter element has, with respect to the longitudinal axis, at least one flattened portion with a reduced radial extension or a through hole along the periphery of the flow opening the shortest interior distance in the filter element immediately adjacent to the front-side flow opening is shorter than the inside diameter of the front-side flow opening.

Filter device for gas filtration and filter element for a filter device for gas filtration

A filter device for gas filtration has a filter housing and a plate-type filter element disposed in the filter housing. The filter element is provided with a raw side and a clean side and is flowed through from the raw side to the clean side by a gas to be purified in a direction that is orthogonal to a filter plane of the plate-type filter element. A cover element is connected to the filter housing by a tensioning bolt penetrating the filter element. The filter element has a cutout forming a clean-side gas collecting chamber. A sealing element is arranged on the clean side of the filter element and frames the gas collecting chamber at least partially. A sealing eye is connected to the sealing element and arranged in the gas collecting chamber, wherein the tensioning bolt is guided through the sealing eye.

Air purification device

An air purification device includes a device main body, a purification filter and a gas detection module. The device main body includes a gas-inlet opening and a gas-outlet opening. The purification filter is disposed in the device main body and includes at least one activated carbon layer and at least one zeolite layer stacked on each other, wherein the activated carbon layer filters and absorbs suspended particles contained in an air introduced through the gas-inlet opening, and the zeolite layer includes porous structures with hydrophobic property for controlling and absorbing volatile organic compounds contained in the air introduced through the gas-inlet opening, thereby a purified gas is generated from the air and is discharged through the gas-outlet opening. The gas detection module is disposed in the device main body for detecting and obtaining a gas quality data of the air passing through the gas-inlet opening and outputting the gas quality data.

An air filtration system comprises a filter housing that defines a collection chamber and includes an air inlet, an air outlet and a cleaning assembly opening in fluid communication with the collection chamber. The system also comprises a filter support mounted to the filter housing with each one of the air inlet and the air outlet being located on a respective side of the filter support; and a filter cleaning assembly mounted to the filter housing and including an actuation system; and a diaphragm assembly at least partially covering the filter cleaning opening. The diaphragm assembly vibrates upon actuation of the actuation system so as to displace air in the collection chamber to remove particulate matter from a filter engaged with the filter support. The present disclosure also concerns a combustion engine comprising an air filtration system and a method for cleaning an air filtration system.

Filter module for coating equipment

The objective of this invention is to provide a filter module for coating equipment that can improve the efficiency in removing coating-material mist and preventing the outflow of such coating-material mist to the outside. The filter module of this invention is made of a flammable material and includes an outer box, an eliminator and a baffle plate. Of the outer box, the air A2 containing the coating-material mist flows into the outer box from the outer-box inlet and is discharged from the outer-box outlet. The eliminator is formed by arranging zigzag-shaped eliminator elements in parallel to separate the coating-material mist from the air A2. The baffle plate is formed by arranging baffle-plate elements having an inclined surface for guiding the air A2 in parallel into the inflow-side space S2 of the eliminator, and guides the air A2 that has been introduced from the outer-box inlet to the inflow-side space S2.
