Filter device and method for changing a filter element
A filter device for filtering particles from an air flow has an inlet channel through which the air to be cleaned flows, at least one filter element through which the air can flow and which is held replaceably in a flow channel, and an outlet channel through which the cleaned air flows. The filter device has an insertion chamber which can be closed by a door and from which a filter element can be fed to the flow channel, and an output chamber which can be closed by a closure element and into which a filter element can be fed from the flow channel. A cover is attachable to the filter element, which covers a filter cake on the filter element so that the unit of filter element and cover is removable from the output chamber together.
Barrier system and method
A retractable barrier that helps prevent the spread of communicable disease includes a first outer surface that faces a first direction, a second outer surface that faces a second direction opposite the first direction, and a filter layer between the first outer surface and the second outer surface. The filter layer includes a particulate filtering material. The barrier is selectively extendable from a compartment to establish a partition that separates individuals on opposite sides of the partition.
Air cleaner structure for blocking inflowing of debris and operation method thereof
An air cleaner structure for blocking an inflow of debris to prevent the debris from inflowing into an engine intake passage of an air cleaner housing when replacing a filter includes a rotator fixing the filter and a filter cover to the air cleaner housing and generating a rotating force to open and close the engine intake passage. An engine intake passage door opens and closes the engine intake passage by the rotating force of the rotator. A connector has one end connected to the rotator and another end connected to the engine intake passage door to deliver the rotating force to the engine intake passage door.
UV ENABLED FINS ENCAPSULATION SYSTEM
A general-purpose air sterilizing system destroys activation of air-borne pathogens, designed with different embodiments. The methods used to build the apparatus allows destroying airborne pathogens like bacteria, mold, mildew, allergens and deactivates viruses such as SARS CoV-2. The apparatus supports air circulation system that contains filter which comprising array of Ultraviolet (UV) Light Emitting Diode (LEDs) of 262-nm wavelength, AKA UVC, are used.
Filter system for a containment through which a gas flows
A filter system for a containment through which a gas flows, comprising at least one filter unit. First docking means on the filter unit removably connect the filter unit to a receiving port of the containment. The filter unit further has a closure element having an adjusting mechanism to block and open an entry into the filter unit. A drive unit can be connected to the adjusting mechanism. The connection between the adjusting mechanism and the drive unit is preferably dockable. The drive unit has a motor preferably in the form of an electric motor with a pinion or a gear. The transmission ratio of the motor to the transmission part is greater than 1:20, preferably greater than 1:30, for example 1:33. A control unit can switch and monitor the position of a plurality of closure elements according to a program. The adjusting mechanism can also be actuated manually.
Filter device
A filter device for filtering particles from an air stream has an inlet channel through which the air to be purified flows, at least one filter element through which the air can flow and which is interchangeably held in a flow channel, and an outlet channel through which the purified air flows, an insertion chamber which can be closed by a door and from which a filter element can be fed to the flow channel, and an output chamber closable by a closure element, into which a filter element is feedable from the flow channel. The closure element of the output chamber is locked in the closed position via a locking mechanism when the door on the insertion chamber is opened and the output chamber and the insertion chamber are connected to the same flow channel.
METHOD AND DEVICE FOR FILTERING CONTAMINATED AIR
In accordance with certain techniques for filtering contaminated air, the air is sucked through at least one filter element, which is exchangeably held in a filter-holding device of an air duct system. In order to enable continuous filtering without process interruption, a plurality of filter elements is stored in the filter-holding device in such a way that, when one of the filter elements is removed, the soiled filter element is automatically replaced in the air duct system. For this purpose, the filter-holding device has a plurality of filter chambers, which are arranged relative to one another in such a way that, in the event of an exchange, the filter element can be slidingly guided from one of the filter chambers into another filter chamber.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR FILTER AND/OR DEBRIS DISPOSAL FOR AN EXTRACTION SYSTEM FILTER
The disclosed filter and/or debris disposal system is configured to easily dispose of filter elements, filter media, and/or debris with minimal resources, and/or effort. In some examples, a flexible container is employed to enclose a used filter element prior to removal of the filter from the extractor.
FILTER ASSEMBLY AND SYSTEM
The technology disclosed herein relates to, in part, a filter assembly. The filter assembly includes a filter media, an endcap, and a disposal container. The filter media includes a first end, a second end opposing the first end, and a filter body extending between the first end and the second end. The endcap is coupled to the filter media along the first end. The disposal container is fixedly coupled to the endcap. The disposal container is extendable over the second end to sealably contain the filter body.
Barrier System and Method
An apparatus includes a barrier having a first outer surface that faces a first direction, a second outer surface that faces a second direction opposite the first direction, and a filter layer between the first outer surface and the second outer surface comprising a particulate filtering material.
