BAGHOUSE FILTER REVERSE PULSE CLEANING POSITION AND ACTIVATION SYSTEM
A system and method of positioning and activating a rotating manifold for a filtration system that more precisely injects pressurized air into filter elements without being prone to getting out of sync and that can be more easily adjusted or calibrated without having an individual enter the filtration system. The system can generally comprise a rotating cleaning manifold, a shaft encoder, a position switch, and a controller. The shaft encoder can be configured to sense an angular position and output a first positional data value. The position switch can be configured to sense a complete revolution and output a second positional data value. The controller can be configured to receive the first positional data value and the second positional data value and cause the output of at least one signal via an output module to activate an intermittent cleaning pulse.
ORIFICE-DEFINING ENTRY PLATE FOR FILTRATION DEVICE
A device for filtering air comprising a base, a fan functionally attached to the base, an air filter releasable attached to the base, and a substantially air impermeable outer sleeve is provided.
Pulse-jet valve performance monitoring system and method
An system includes a fabric filter, an air supply system, a pulsing valve that is coupled to the air supply system and is configured to generate a statistical pulse of air that is directed to the fabric filter, an air flow monitor that is configured to monitor a flow of air associated with the statistical pulse of air, and a valve controller that is coupled to the air flow monitor that is configured to generate a performance signature for the pulsing valve based on the flow of air that was monitored.
Back-blowing unblocking device for dustproof screen of dryer, dustproof equipment, and dryer
A back-blowing unblocking device for the dustproof screen of the dryer, a dustproof equipment, and a dryer are provided. The back-blowing unblocking device for the dustproof screen of the dryer utilizes a closed compartment space of the dryer. The back-blowing unblocking device for the dustproof screen of the dryer includes a high-pressure air main pipe, a high-pressure air horizontal pipe, high-pressure air branch pipes, a shunt connecting pipe, and back-blowing fan-shaped nozzles. A length of each high-pressure air branch pipe is equal to a length of an A-shaped dustproof screen. Both ends of the each high-pressure air branch pipe are closed and an upper center opening is welded to the shunt connecting pipe. Both sides of the each high-pressure air branch pipe are densely arranged with the back-blowing fan-shaped nozzles.
Pocket filter element
A filter element includes: a frame having a peripheral elastomer body in which a reinforcement element is embedded; and a filter pocket. The frame is connected to an opening in the filter pocket with a connection established integrally by the elastomer body. In an embodiment, the elastomer body is molded on the filter pocket.
DUST COLLECTOR HAVING VERTICAL FILTERS AND A FILTER CARRIAGE
A method for replacing a filter in a dust collector includes: accessing a filter carriage, at least one filter being connected to the filter carriage and being disposed inside a dust collector housing of the dust collector; lowering the filter carriage, the at least one filter being lowered with the filter carriage; translating the filter carriage out of the dust collector housing with the at least one filter; removing the at least one filter from the filter carriage; placing at least one other filter on the filter carriage; translating the filter carriage into the dust collector housing with the at least one other filter; and raising the filter carriage to lock the at least one other filter into an operational location.
FILTER MEDIUM
The invention relates to a filter medium for pleated filter elements or pocket filters, said filter medium comprising at least two nonwoven layers that are connected to each other by interlacing the fibers; a method for the production of said filter medium; a method for electrically charging said filter medium; an electrically charged filter medium; and the use of the filter medium.
FILTER MEDIA INCLUDING A WAVED FILTRATION LAYER
Filter media including a waved filtration layer are described herein. The filtration layer may be held in a waved configuration by a support layer. In some cases, the filtration layer may have a combination of characteristics (e.g., mean flow pore size, basis weight, amongst others) that can lead to enhanced filtration performance (e.g., reduced air permeability decrease), in particular, in high humidity environments. The filter media may be used to form a variety of filter elements for use in various applications. In some embodiments, at least a surface of the filtration layer is hydrophilic.
VACUUM SYSTEM FOR REMOVING CAUSTIC PARTICULATE MATTER FROM VARIOUS ENVIRONMENTS
One illustrative system disclosed herein includes an upper filter, a lower filter positioned vertically below the upper filter, at least one incoming air inlet positioned vertically above the upper filter, and a vacuum pump positioned vertically below the lower filter, the vacuum pump comprising an outlet, wherein an incoming air stream is adapted to flow downwardly through the at least one incoming air inlet, then through the upper filter, then through the lower filter and then out of the outlet of the vacuum pump where it exits as a cleaned air stream.
Filter devices methods and system
A pocket filter adapted for filtering grease and other liquid aerosols has first and second depth loading media with a separator that prevents wicking thereby to extend filter life and capacity. The first layer is also of lower efficiency than the second to distribute loading and further extend life. The spacer may be of unwoven fiber mesh. Various feature of the pocket filter ensure free flow of effluent streams.
