Dust Filter
A dust filter is configured to filter air drawn into a vehicle canister. The dust filter includes a first portion including a first engaging portion and a second portion including a second engaging portion. The second portion is attached to the first portion by engagement of the second engaging portion with the first engaging portion. The first portion includes a filtration member and a case. The case includes an inner chamber within which the filtration member is disposed. The case includes a drainage port configured to drain liquid that has infiltrated the inner chamber. The second portion is attached to the first portion to form a cover that covers the drainage port together with the first portion. The cover has an outlet that opens to the outside at a position lower than the drainage port.
Desiccant replacing apparatus and air dry system including the same
A desiccant replacing apparatus may include a supply-discharge member, a supply connection line connected to the supply-discharge member, an air conveyor coupled to the supply connection line, a discharge connection line connected to the supply-discharge member, and an air amplifier coupled to the discharge connection line. The supply-discharge member may include a housing providing an internal space, an injection line providing an injection path and penetrating the housing, an exhaust line providing an exhaust path connected to the internal space, and a filter in the internal space or the exhaust path. The supply connection line may be connected to the injection line, and the discharge connection line may be connected to the exhaust line.
Activated carbon air filter
Disclosed is an air filter and a method of manufacture for an air filter which is much more cost effective and provides greater operational effectiveness than state-of-the-art air filters. The air filter includes an outer metallic shell which may be used to attach the filter in line to ducting of a heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) system. The filter may further include a filter unit made of activated carbon material. The filter unit may have one or more sections and may have a honeycomb cross section.
RESPIRATOR
The present invention provides a respirator. The respirator (100) has an outer housing (103), a filter, and an end cover (104). The filter is arranged on the outer housing (103). Position-limiting devices matching each other are respectively provided on the end cover (104) and the outer housing (103), and are used for fixing the filter at the outer housing (103).
Combustion engine crankcase breather system and method
In a combustion engine, an exit stream of blow-by gases follows a fluid pathway through an oil and air separator and a breather filter, the oil and air separator including a first housing including a central chamber therein, the central chamber divided into a first outer portion and a second inner portion by a barrier; a filter material disposed between the first outer portion and the second inner portion; a cap directly coupled to the first housing, the cap including a first lumen therethrough, the first lumen including a first end disposed at the second inner portion; and a coupler removably coupling the cap and an extension portion including a second lumen therethrough.
FIRE-RESISTANT FILTER
Various embodiments disclosed relate to a fire-resistant filter and methods of making and using the same. A filter includes a fibrous web or sheet comprising fire-resistant fibers, the fire-resistant fibers comprising oxidized polyacrylonitrile (OPAN), flame-retardant (FR) rayon, or a combination thereof.
FLUID TREATMENT SYSTEM HAVING CONCENTRIC CHAMBERS
A system and method for treating fluid by providing a series of concentric chambers, tanks or tubes so that a fluid flow and treatment efficiency is maximized while size, complexity and cost of manufacture and operation is reduced. In one aspect, a generally non-turbulent fluid flow is received and directed in a radial sequential direction through the series of chambers. Each chamber is configured to house a filter assembly or media that provides a level of treatment for the fluid flow while directing the fluid toward a subsequent concentric filtration chamber. The last sequential chamber directs the fluid flow toward a fluid outlet and reduces the turbulence of the flow generated during the filtration process. The system can be configured to direct the fluid flow in inward or outward radial directions according to various arrangements and during filtration or back flushing operations.
Extreme ultraviolet radiation source and cleaning method thereof
An extreme ultraviolet radiation source is provided, including a vessel and a gas scrubber. The vessel has a gas inlet from which a cleaning gas is supplied into the vessel and a gas outlet from which the cleaning gas exits the vessel. The gas scrubber is disposed within the vessel, arranged such that the cleaning gas leaves the vessel through the gas outlet after flowing through the gas scrubber. The gas scrubber has a number of gas passages to allow the cleaning gas to flow through, and the sizes of the gas passages vary according to the distance between each of the gas passages and the gas outlet.
Compressed air fluid separator with vortex baffle
A fluid separator for a compressed air system including a head cap defining an inlet port and an outlet port, a first body defining an inner air shaft extending from an upper end to an opposing lower end, the upper end in fluid communication with the inlet port, and a vortex baffle disposed about the lower end of the inner air shaft. A second body forms an outer air shaft about the inner air shaft and vortex baffle, the outer air shaft extending from a lower end proximate to the vortex baffle to an upper end in fluid communication with the outlet port.
