Vacuum filter assembly for processing bulk granular material and filter mounting assembly therefore
A dust filtering and collection system for filtering dust and other debris particles from an incoming dust laden air stream, such air stream generally being used for conveying granular material into or from a bulk tank trailer, a railroad car, or other conveying vehicle, the filtering system designed to be functioned by vacuum air pressure, operatively generated by a blower, to draw in the soiled air into the filter system, to cleanse such air for further use in the conveying of the granular material. The air flow may be reversed, to provide for a dislodging of any dust particles from the filtering system, and to cleanse the filter for further efficient usage of the system in conveying granular material into or out of the tank trailer, or other vehicle during usage. The filter system includes a pod of filter tubes encapsulated by a polymer header that mounts to a transverse plate that secures to the approximate upper end of the filter canister of the filtration system.
GAS FUEL SUPPLY SYSTEM
Disclosed is a gas fuel supply system including a main fuel inlet, a pressure regulating valve, a pneumatically controlled shutoff bleeder valve and a main fuel outlet that are connected through pipes. The pneumatically controlled shutoff bleeder valve includes a pneumatic control valve and a shutoff bleeder valve. The shutoff bleeder valve is configured to open or close a gas fuel delivery passage from the main fuel inlet to the main fuel outlet, or configured to discharge the gas fuel in the pipe. The pneumatic control valve is configured to control the shutoff bleeder valve to be in a desired state. The gas fuel supply system does not need connection to an additional gas source, and the gas supply stability is improved.
Clothes treatment apparatus
A clothes treatment apparatus comprises: a cabinet forming a treatment space for storing clothes; a filter module having a filter portion for filtering out dust from air passing therethrough; an air flow path having a plurality of preset flow paths for directing air to be discharged into the treatment space; a fan for moving the air in the air flow path; at least one valve disposed on the air flow path; a valve actuating module for actuating the valve; and a control part for controlling the valve actuating module so as to select one of the plurality of flow paths. The plurality of flow paths comprise: at least one bypass flow path for directing the air to bypass the filter portion; and at least one filtering flow path for directing the air to pass through the filter portion.
Clothes treatment apparatus
A clothes treatment apparatus comprises: a cabinet forming a treatment space for storing clothes; a filter module having a filter portion for filtering out dust from air; an air flow path having a plurality of preset flow paths for directing air to be discharged into the treatment space; a fan for moving the air in the air flow path; a single valve disposed on the air flow path, that changes the air flow path by rotating around a predetermined rotational axis; a valve actuating module for rotating the valve; and a control part for controlling the angle of rotation of the valve to select one of the plurality of flow paths. The plurality of flow paths comprise: at least one bypass flow path for directing the air to bypass the filter portion; and at least one filtering flow path for directing the air to pass through the filter portion.
Valve, use of such valve, separator comprising such valve and method of operating a separator
This document discloses a valve comprising a main valve closure body, arranged on a low pressure side of the valve and moveable to open towards the low pressure side, a control body, fixedly connected to the main valve closure body, such that a position of the main valve closure body is fixed relative to a position of the control body, a control chamber, partially defined by the control body, whereby a volume of the control chamber is variable in relation to the position of the control body, and a control fluid connector for controlling a pressure in the control chamber. The document also discloses use of the valve in a separator for separating dust and debris from an airflow, a separator comprising such a valve and a method of operating a separator.
Valve, use of such valve, separator comprising such valve and method of cleaning a separator body
The present disclosure provides a valve (123), comprising a channel body (1231) defining a bent channel space, an elastically flexible membrane (1233), which separates a control space (Sc) from a flow space (Sf) in the channel space, a control connection (1232), providing a fluid connection to the control space (Sc), The control space (Sc) is provided at a radially outermost portion (Co) of the channel space, as per a channel bending radius (Ro), such that the membrane (1233) is flexible between an open position, whereby a cross section of the flow space (Sf) is substantially that of the channel, and a closed position, whereby the membrane substantially seals against a radially innermost portion (Ci) of the channel, as per the channel bending radius (Ri). Use of the valve in a separator is disclosed, as well as a separator comprising such valve and a method of cleaning a separator body.
FILTERING SYSTEM AND A GAS FLOW CONTROL DEVICE
A gas flow control device and a filtering system for a flow of dust-laden gas. The gas flow control device includes a damper blade arranged to be pivoted through a definite pivoting angle around a substantially horizontal pivot axis, for regulating the flow of the dust-laden gas in an inlet channel by pivoting the damper blade between an open position and a closed position. At least one substantially planar guide baffle is attached to each of two opposite, substantially planar surfaces of the damper blade, the at least one guide baffle extending from the pivot axis in the direction of the normal of the general plane of the damper blade substantially to an opposite inner surface of the inlet channel, for controlling the distribution of the dust-laden gas flow to a fabric filter enclosure.
VALVE PROTECTION AND TUBE MANAGEMENT DEVICE
Port protection device particularly suited for an encapsulated filter unit. In certain embodiments, the protection device comprises a main body defining an internal region configured to receive a port or the like protruding from an encapsulated filter. In certain embodiments, the main body includes a slot that allows for easy removal of the protection device from the port or the like. A tube management system may be provided to receive and hold tubing. One suitable tube management system includes two spaced tangs that extend from the main body of the protection device and are configured to cooperatively receive and hold tubing between them.
