20200038805 · 2020-02-06 ·

The present invention provides an energy-efficient method and apparatus that can achieve exhaust gas abatement with a minimum use of diluent nitrogen gas. More specifically, the present invention is directed to a method and apparatus for exhaust gas abatement under reduced pressure, in which an exhaust gas supplied from an exhaust gas source via a vacuum pump is decomposed by heat of a high-temperature plasma under a reduced pressure.

ENGINE SYSTEM

An engine system in which blow-by gas with a specific gravity less than 1 with reference to air is generatable includes a cylinder block. The cylinder block includes a cylinder and a crank chamber which are arranged in an up/down direction, the crank chamber being positioned below the cylinder. An internal peripheral face of the cylinder block has a ventilation port that connects to a ventilation passage that connects an internal space of the crank chamber with an external space out of the cylinder block, and that is open. The ventilation port is placed above a center in the up/down direction in the crank chamber.

System and method for process gas recapture for emission recovery

A system and method recover process gas from a source volume at a source pressure to a destination volume at an equal or greater pressure. A regulation process receive the process gas from the source volume and steps down the pressure. Each regulation uses one or more stage each using a pressure control valve for pressure step down and a heat exchanger for reheating the process gas thereafter. A gas scrubber receives the process gas from the regulation stages and collecting liquid from the process gas. A compression process receives the process gas from the gas scrubber and steps up the intermediate pressure to a final pressure. The compression can use one or more compression stages, each having a compression cycle for pressure step up and a heat exchanger for cooling the process gas thereafter. A discharge vessel receives the process gas from the compression process and discharges the process gas at the final pressure to the destination volume. The final pressure is equal to or greater than the destination pressure.

Reheating collection device for gas phase process

A reheating collection device for a gas phase process is provided with a container elongated in an axial direction along an axis to define a chamber, an inflow path and an exhaust path respectively in communication with the chamber and apart in the axial direction from each other, and a heater heating the chamber between the inflow path and the exhaust path.

An integrated system for the conversion of biomass to renewable natural gas and then to methanol and other value-added products is provided. The integrated system includes a compressor that receives biomass gases from a biomass source and a series of purification stations that produce purified gas from the biomass gases. Characteristically, the purified gas has an enhanced amount of methane. A gas-to-liquids plant converts the purified gas to a product blend that includes methanol.

A plant for the absorption of individual components, such as pollutants or recyclable materials, in gases, in which an absorption solution is brought into contact with the gas in an absorption chamber, where the absorption solution is fed into the absorption chamber through spray nozzles and the gas can be fed into the absorption chamber from below through a vertical inlet duct, where the inlet duct is covered by a roof structure. The roof structure is made up of a large number of lamellae placed one on top of one another and with spaces in between.

Urea-water injector module

A urea-water injector module is provided. The urea-water injector module includes an injector configured to discharge urea water to purify exhaust gas of a vehicle, a main body having the injector installed therein, and a plurality of heat dissipation plates stacked on an exterior surface of the main body to assist heat dissipation. Further the urea-water injector includes a heat block flange disposed under the heat dissipation plate and configured to obstruct heat from being transferred from an exhaust pipe and a mounting unit disposed under the heat block flange and coupled to the exhaust pipe.
