The filter cartridge includes a cartridge housing and a filter media contained within the cartridge housing. An engagement fitting extends from the cartridge housing. The engagement fitting to be received by the interface. The engagement fitting includes a base portion and a sealing member. The base portion has an inlet aperture on a first side of the sealing member and an outlet aperture on a second side of the sealing member. An interference member actuator extends axially and distally from one of the first end of the cartridge housing and the first end cap. The interference member actuator is configured to actuate an interference member of the interface from an interference position in which the interface is prevented from being actuated from a bypass mode to a filtering mode to a non-interference position.
Filter Device for a Filter System of a Motor Vehicle
A filter device for a filter system of a motor vehicle includes a filter element which is securable to a filter module. A filter element securing structure is disposed on the filter element where the filter element securing stricture interacts with a respective securing structure disposed on the filter module to form a bayonet closure. The filter element securing structure is an arc-shaped guide groove in a base of the filter element, where the arc-shaped guide groove has an insertion opening at a first end and a latching contour at a second end. The respective securing structure disposed on the filter module is a head pin that is receivable in the arc-shaped groove, An edge region of the arc-shaped guide groove slopes from the insertion opening to the latching contour.
Filter head and threaded metal nozzle insert
A filter head may include a receiving component and a threaded metal nozzle insert at least partly injected into the receiving component. The receiving component and/or the filter head may be composed of plastic. The threaded metal nozzle insert may be structured as a cold extruded part. A plurality of radially extending ribs may be disposed in a cavity of the receiving component and/or the filter head. The ribs may be composed of plastic and/or integrally formed with the filter head. The ribs may extend along a radial direction from the threaded nozzle insert to a wall of the cavity. The ribs may additionally lead radially outward into an axial sealing surface of the filter head.
DISPOSABLE FILTRATION DEVICE
A disposable filtration device includes a plurality of disposable filter capsules connected with each other by lines, which are carried by a rigid holder. At least the holder and the lines between the filter capsules preferably are formed of a sterilizable material, so that the filtration device can be sterilized in the pre-mounted, i.e. ready-to-connect condition, and can be packed and transported without a risk of damage.
Filter with centering
A filter cartridge for use in the interior of a water tank of a household appliance, the wall of which separates a housing internal side from a housing external side. A filter inlet opening which in the operation of the filter cartridge is open in relation to the external environment of a filter housing. A device for water conduction comprises at least one filter chamber having at least one filter medium and terminates in a filter outlet opening for suctioning water from the filter cartridge in the interior of the filter housing, downstream of the filter inlet opening relative to the flow direction of the water during operation. A filter port has an annular filter sealing face for the connection of the filter cartridge in a water tank. The filter sealing face has a separately disposed filter-proximal guide structure for receiving a centering element for centering the filter cartridge.
FILTER ELEMENT WITH KEYED SPINNING THREAD-ON ATTACHMENT
A filter element including a canister, media, and a spinning disc element is provided. The canister circumscribes a central axis. A tap plate is at an end of the canister having a central threaded opening along the central axis of the canister. The tap plate includes a first outer opening radially spaced between the central opening and a periphery of the tap plate. The disc element is supported for rotation on the tap plate. A first keyed protrusion projects outwardly from the disc element. The keyed protrusion defines a first flow opening. The spinning disc element is rotatable about the central axis. The first outer opening is in fluid communication with the first opening of the first keyed protrusion such that fluid can into or out of the canister. Filter systems including a filter head to which the filter element may be mounted are also provided.
FILTER FASTENING UNIT ASSEMBLY AND FILTER FASTENING UNIT
Disclosed are a filter fastening unit assembly and a filter fastening unit. The filter fastening unit assembly includes a filter, and a filter fastening unit, to which the filter is coupled, the filter fastening unit includes a base having a base opening opened toward a first direction that is one direction that is perpendicular to an upward/downward direction, a housing disposed in the base opening, connected to the base to be movable upwards and downwards, and having a housing opening opened toward the first direction, a filter coupling part coupled to an upper side of the base, and including an introduction passage, though which water is introduced, and a discharge passage, through which the water is discharged, and a lever connected to the base to be rotatable, and connected to the housing to be rotatable.
VESSEL SCREEN RETAINING SYSTEM AND METHOD
Certain embodiments include a screen assembly of a vessel, where the screen assembly includes a plurality of fixed elements and a retainer, and the retainer includes a ring, a plurality of wedges disposed about the ring, and a plurality of keyholes at spaced locations about the ring. Each keyhole includes a bore and a slot extending from the bore into an adjacent wedge of the plurality of wedges, the slots have a width less than the bores, and the retainer may receive the fixed elements through the bores and may be rotated in a relation with the plurality of fixed elements to bring the plurality of fixed elements into simultaneous engagement with the wedges.
