Denitrification apparatus

There is provided a denitrification apparatus capable of reducing NOx from a combustion facility and preventing evaporation of a reducing liquid in a lance and an injection nozzle in the combustion facility in operation at a low load by adjusting concentration of a reducing agent, thereby achieving complete evaporation of the reducing liquid in an exhaust gas duct. The denitrification apparatus of the present invention includes: a nozzle for spraying a reducing liquid containing a reducing agent for reducing nitrogen oxides in exhaust gas discharged from a combustion facility into the exhaust gas by using a flow of gas; a gas supply unit for supplying the gas to the nozzle; a reducing liquid supply unit for supplying the reducing liquid to the nozzle; and a concentration control unit for adjusting concentration of the reducing agent on the basis of a temperature of the exhaust gas and a supply amount of the reducing liquid by supplying a diluting liquid to the reducing liquid so that the reducing agent is not vaporized in the reducing liquid supply unit.

METHOD OF INHIBITING FORMATION OF DIOXINS AND DIOXIN-LIKE COMPOUNDS IN SOLID WASTE INCINERATION FLUE GAS
20170120189 · 2017-05-04 ·

The present invention relates to a method for inhibiting the formation of dioxin-like compounds in solid waste incineration flue gases, belonging to the field of cleaning of solid waste incineration flue gases. In accordance with the present invention, when incineration flue gases cool down to 500450 C., the flue gases are introduced into an inhibition reactor where copper chlorides in flue gas particulates mix and react with inhibitors to convert into copper metaphosphate so as to inactivate the copper chlorides which can catalyze the formation of dioxin-like compounds and control dioxin-like compound pollutants in incineration flue gases at the source. Compared with the prior art, the invention can effectively control the main formation ways of dioxin-like compounds in solid waste incineration flue gases by optimizing inhibitors and reaction conditions. The method of the invention does not affect the residual heat utilization of solid waste incineration flue gases, so solid waste incineration has a better resource utilization effect. The ammonium dihydrogen phosphate inhibitor used in the invention has the advantages of high inhibition efficiency, strong operability, low cost and environment protection, providing the technology with good application feasibility.

Integrated process for CO2 capture and use in thermal power production cycle

A process for reducing the amount of CO.sub.2 released into the atmosphere with the exhaust gas stream produced by the combustion of a hydrocarbon fuel in an internal combustion engine (ICE) used to power a vehicle by capturing at least a portion of the CO.sub.2 in a liquid sorbent on board the vehicle, recovering the CO.sub.2 from the sorbent and compressing the CO.sub.2 for temporary storage on board the vehicle, where the process is operated as a semi-closed system in which the liquid sorbent that captures the CO.sub.2 serves as a working fluid and retains the CO.sub.2 during the power generation cycle to produce mechanical energy or work, after which the CO.sub.2 is desorbed for densification and recovery as an essentially pure gas stream and the working fluid is recycled for use in the process.
