Driving device capable of walking and stair-climbing by electric power
The present invention discloses a driving device capable of walking and stair-climbing by electric power which adopts a combination of a walking mechanism and a climbing carrier to create inventive planetary gear transmission principles. When walking on a flat ground, a driving part drives a sun gear to rotate in a positive direction, two walking wheels are in contact with the ground at the same time, the sun gear drives a planet gear to rotate in a negative direction around a planet shaft, and inner teeth and outer teeth of a gear ring rotate in the negative direction synchronously with the planet gear, thereby a transmission gear drives the walking wheel to rotate in the positive direction to realize rotation of walking. When climbing stairs, the sun gear rotates in the positive direction, the walking wheel is obstructed by stair, the transmission gear, the inner and outer teeth of the gear ring stop rotating, and the sun gear drives the planet gear to revolute along the inner teeth in the positive direction, thereby the planet shaft drives the climbing carrier to rotate in the positive direction to realize climbing cross obstacles. Thus, the present invention solves the problem of the known planetary wheel structure that the climbing carrier is driven to rotate in opposite direction when the walking wheel cannot rotate such and thus is difficult to realize the function of stair-climbing, and has advantages of simple structure and safe and reliable use.
Towing module, a personal mobility including the same, and a control method for a personal mobility
A towing module of a personal mobility includes: a main body provided to extend in a vertical direction and in which a battery is mounted: a driving wheel installed on a lower portion of the main body and having a driving motor: a steering handle installed on an upper portion of the main body; and a connector provided in the main body to selectively connect one of various types of modules to be towed. The main body is maintained in a standing state while driving by the connection to the module to be towed. A personal mobility and a control method thereof utilize the towing module.
SMALL ELECTRIC VEHICLE
A small electric vehicle includes: left and right motors connected respectively to the left and right driving wheels in an individually power-transmissible manner; an operation unit that includes a joystick-type operation element; a control unit that controls the left and right motors according to an amount of operation on the operation element; and a travel permission switch that permits control of the left and right motors through the operation element, and is configured: to control the left and right motors, based on a target vehicle speed provided by an operation position of the operation element in an on state of the travel permission switch, and to activate a control parameter selection mode and allow at least one control parameter including a maximum speed to be changed when the operation element is subjected to a tilting operation for a predetermined time period in an off state of the travel permission switch.

Anti-rollback braking system for wheelchairs
A wheelchair comprising a seat back, a seat bottom, a frame, two front wheel assemblies, two drive wheels, two wheelchair wheels, and an anti-rollback wheelchair braking system consisting of two braking units, each unit comprising a housing cylinder body cap, a housing cylinder body, a housing cylinder mounting assembly, a wheelchair mounting assembly, rotatable toggle clamp direction selection lever, an anti-rollback, one-way, brake assembly, and a toggle clamp assembly for engaging the said anti-rollback, one-way, brake assembly with a wheelchair wheel. A parking brake assembly may also be included. The invention may be manufactured and sold as a whole wheelchair assembly or a retrofit kit for standard wheelchairs.
Head support assembly and support unit
A support unit for a modular head support assembly having a right support post and a left support post, said support unit comprising: a support body; a right attachment element and a left attachment element configured for articulation with said right support post and said left support post, respectively, said right attachment element and said left attachment element being disposed at opposite sides of the support body; and an adjustment mechanism configured for selectively adjusting the position of the right attachment element and the left attachment element with respect to each other, at least from an extended position towards a retracted position.
Walker attachment for wheelchairs
A walker adapted for attachment to a wheelchair may be used to assist a user with walking while retaining the wheelchair in close proximity behind the user for use when the user needs to sit. The walker may be removably attached to the frame of the wheelchair for easy exchange of use from one wheelchair to another. A pivotable, removably attachable gate between two lateral frame members may allow for the walker to be manipulated from a walking position to a stored position. The gate may include an extendable width to allow for use with wheelchairs of different widths. A frame of the walker may be extendably attached to the wheelchair, thereby allowing the user to extend and retract the walker between the walking position and the stored position.
TRANSFER MACHINE
A transfer machine includes a main body assembly and a lifting assembly. The main body assembly includes two lifting rods capable of moving up and down and two seat plates facing the lifting rods. Each seat plate can rotate around the corresponding lifting rod thereby enabling the two seat plates to close or separate from each other. The lifting assembly includes a base, a connecting rod and a control assembly fixedly connected to the lifting rods. The base includes two guiding rods extending up and down, and each lifting rod can move in the up-down direction along the guiding rod. The control assembly includes a pushing rod, connected to the connecting rod; and a drive arm, driving the lifting rods to move in the up-down direction, thereby driving the main body assembly to move up and down. The connecting rod includes two foot sections.
MULTI-POSITION AIRFLOW CONTROL ASSEMBLY FOR AN AIR CUSHION
A multi-position airflow control assembly includes a valve housing, a valve body received by the valve housing, a plurality of connectors coupled to the valve body, each connector configured to fluidly connect to an inflation zone of a cellular cushion, and a control assembly partially received by the valve body. The control assembly includes a seal member, and an actuation assembly operably connected to the seal member and configured to rotate the seal member relative to the valve body. The seal member is configured to rotate between a first position and a second position.
INFORMATION PROCESSING DEVICE, INFORMATION PROCESSING METHOD, AND TERMINAL DEVICE
An information processing device includes a control unit that determines a travel path of a wheelchair. The control unit determines the travel path of the wheelchair based on information on a step existing on a road surface on which the wheelchair travels and information on a wheel of the wheelchair.
