In an apparatus, a pipe body extends along its central axis; a first raw material inlet is arranged at a top end of the pipe body and is collinear with the central axis; a second raw material inlet is arranged on a side wall of the pipe body and is perpendicular to the central axis; a first swirl pipe is arranged in the pipe body and connects with the first raw material inlet; a second swirl pipe is arranged in the pipe body and connects with the first swirl pipe and the second raw material inlet; a third swirl pipe is arranged in the pipe body and connects with the second swirl pipe; an outlet is arranged at a bottom end of the pipe body and connects with the third swirl pipe.

Automated method and apparatus for preparing bioprocess solutions

An automated bioprocess solution preparation apparatus includes a first mixing chamber containing at least one ingredient for a bioprocess solution, a first port and a second port for a fluid to enter the mixing chamber, and a third port for a liquid bioprocess solution to exit the mixing chamber. The apparatus further includes an array of tubing for fluid flow within the apparatus, a sensor arranged to measure a property of the liquid bioprocess solution exiting the mixing chamber, a first valve associated with the first port, and a second valve associated with the second port. When the property meets or exceeds a threshold value, the apparatus is operable to perform at least one of: closing the first valve to block the fluid from entering the mixing chamber through the first port, and opening the second valve for the fluid to enter the mixing chamber through the second port.

A passive blender for introducing a mixer gas into a grid gas pipeline. The blender has an input section extending from an input inlet from which grid gas enters the blender to an input outlet along a longitudinal axis of the blender, wherein the input section reduces in cross-section from the input inlet to the input outlet and the longitudinal axis of the blender. The blender also has a mixer extending from a mixer inlet to a mixer outlet along the longitudinal axis of the blender, wherein the mixer inlet is positioned immediately adjacent the input outlet. The blender also has an output section extending from an outlet inlet to an output outlet along the longitudinal axis of the blender, wherein the output inlet is positioned immediately adjacent the mixer outlet.

Solution from the launder is led to a vertical pipe (46) including a motor driven impeller (42) down to the level of the mixing chamber. Two feed pipes (47, 48) lead from the vertical pipe to enter the mixing chamber tangentially in opposite directions.

The present disclosure generally provides methods of providing at least metastable radical molecular species and/or radical atomic species to a processing volume of a process chamber during an electronic device fabrication process, and apparatus related thereto. In one embodiment, the apparatus is a gas injection assembly disposed between a remote plasma source and a process chamber. The gas injection assembly includes a body, a dielectric liner disposed in the body that defines a gas mixing volume, a first flange to couple the gas injection assembly to a process chamber, and a second flange to couple the gas injection assembly to the remote plasma source. The gas injection assembly further includes one or more gas injection ports formed through the body and the liner.
