Provided is a slurry mixer. The slurry mixer includes a container configured to receive a slurry including liquid material and powdered material, a lid configured to cover the container, a first agitator coupled to the lid, and configured to rotate to mix the slurry, a second agitator coupled to the lid at one side of the first agitator, and configured to rotate or revolve to mix the slurry, and a scraper coupled to a rotary shaft of a rotor for operating the second agitator, and configured to contact a lower surface of the lid.

Provided is a slurry mixer. Disclosed herein is a water treatment system. The system comprises a mixing station in which coagulant is mixed into water for treatment in the system. The system comprises a floccule accumulation station in which the building of floccules in the water/coagulant mixture is promoted. The system comprises a settlement station in which the floccules are allowed to settle. The mixing station, floccule accumulation station and settlement station comprise one or more reservoirs, wherein at least one of the one or more reservoirs is an intermediate bulk container.

A mixing apparatus and system includes a hub, a plurality of blades, and a respective hinge for each blade to pivotally secure each blade to the hub. Each hinge including a lock having a tab and a detent to secure the respective blade in an operating conformation.

A household mixer appliance having an open top mixing container, a hook and a drive arrangement. The mixing container has a side wall portion with a through hole for the drive arrangement and the hook is arranged to be rotatable around an axis of rotation within the mixing container via the drive arrangement. The dynamic mixer head does not need two sealing structures and tight fitting of the rotor and the holding cylinder.

A method for mixing, transporting, storing, and transferring a thixotropic fluid is disclosed. The method includes mixing a thixotropic fluid. The thixotropic fluid may be built within a fluid container that includes an agitation unit. Once it has gelled, the thixotropic fluid can be sheared using the agitation unit, which may be mounted within the fluid container. The thixotropic fluid can then be pumped out of the fluid container.
