Impeller assembly and mixing apparatus
The present application discloses an impeller assembly and a mixing apparatus, and relates to the technical field of solid and liquid mixing devices. The impeller assembly includes an impeller structure and a housing structure. The impeller structure includes a body, and a surface of the body is provided with a plurality of backward-skewed blades. A blade angle of each backward-skewed blade on any flow plane first decreases progressively and then increases progressively from an inlet to an outlet. A first baffle is disposed on a lower portion of the body. The housing structure includes a second baffle. The first baffle is provided with first guide slots, and the second baffle is provided with second guide slots. A fluid enters from the inlet at an upper portion of the body, flows along the surface of the body, and flows out through the outlet at a lower portion of the body and through the first guide slots and the second guide slots. A centerline of each first guide slot is deflected towards a direction opposite to a rotation direction of the impeller structure, and a centerline of each second guide slot is deflected towards the rotation direction of the impeller structure. The present application solves the problems of unstable discharge, large vibration and noise, and insufficient work efficiency.
Blending system
A blending system is shown and described herein. The blending system may include a base including a motor, a blade assembly selectively and operably engaged with the base, where the motor drives the blade assembly, and a container having a cavity. The container includes a flute protruding from an inner surface. An exaggerated flute may extend closer to the blade assembly than the flute.

AGITATOR
To provide an agitator that can improve the heat transfer efficiency of a processing object to be stirred in a container, an agitator (1) includes a temperature control member (20) that is provided to the container (10) receiving the processing object and is configured to adjust a temperature of the processing object by circulating a heat medium; and a stirring member (30) that stirs the processing object. The temperature control member (20) includes a heat exchanger (24) that penetrates a side surface (12) of the container (10) and extends into the container (10). The stirring member (30) includes a rotation shaft (31) that extends in a vertical direction and a first stirring blade (32) that is attached to the rotation shaft (31). The first stirring blade (32) consists of a flat plate member extending from the rotation shaft (31) in a horizontal direction.
Exhaust-gas treatment arrangement
An exhaust-gas treatment arrangement for an exhaust system of an internal-combustion engine includes a diesel internal-combustion engine. The arrangement includes a first exhaust-gas treatment unit and, downstream of the first exhaust-gas treatment unit, an exhaust-gas treatment assembly. The first exhaust-gas treatment unit and the exhaust-gas treatment assembly are arranged axially succeeding one another in the direction of a longitudinal axis of a flow path encompassing the first exhaust-gas treatment unit and the exhaust-gas treatment assembly. A hydrocarbon-feeding assembly is provided for feeding hydrocarbon into exhaust gas flowing in the flow path. The hydrocarbon-feeding assembly includes a hydrocarbon-dispensing unit dispensing hydrocarbon into the flow path downstream of the first exhaust-gas treatment unit and upstream of the exhaust-gas treatment assembly. A swirl-flow-generating unit is provided in the flow path upstream of the hydrocarbon-dispensing unit.
CONTINUOUS FLOW REACTOR WITH REMOVABLE INSERT WITH BAFFLES
This specification discloses a continuous flow reactor comprising a reaction vessel enclosing a rotating shaft which bears multiple impellers. A removable insert comprising baffles separates the interior of the reaction vessel into multiple interconnected chambers each enclosing at least one impeller, and a gap between the outer edge of the baffle and the vessel's interior wall facilitates insert removal for maintenance but avoids excessive backmixing.
