A bed lifter is configured to be disposed on a leg of a massage table, a tattoo artist's table, or other table in order to adjust a height of the table. The bed lifter has a base with at least one bed lifter leg, and a connection device. The base has a first end and a second end. The connection device is disposed on or in the base. An upper part of the table top is provided with a leg clamping support; the leg clamping support includes leg airbags and airbag supports.
