STIRRER COMPRISING TWO ROTATING SHAFTS HAVING INTERSECTING STIRRING BLADES CAPABLE OF ROTATING SYMMETRICALLY AND ROTATING IN IDENTICAL DIRECTION AND STIRRING METHOD
The present disclosure relates to a stirrer for stirring a raw material such as flour or meat. Two rotating shafts are installed inside the stirrer such that stirring blades intersect with each other. The two rotating shafts are controlled to simultaneously rotate symmetrically or to rotate in the same direction, and the stirred raw material is discharged through a side surface of a stirring tank of the stirrer. The rotating shafts having the stirring blades fromed thereon are connected to a driving means that can adjust the phase angle of the two shafts, via a position control device. The raw material is stirred while relative positions are adjusted such that the stirring blades formed on the two rotating shafts do not interfere with each other.
AGRICULTURAL MACHINE FOR TRANSPORTATION AND DISTRIBUTION OF BULK PRODUCTS
An agricultural machine for transportation and distribution of bulk products, including a tank, which is mounted on a rolling chassis, which is provided with at least one sealable opening situated at the level of the bottom of the tank and which is equipped with at least one mobile device performing scraping of the bottom and favoring ejection of the product. An agricultural machine wherein the mobile device or each mobile device is mounted to rotate around a vertical shaft or axis, perpendicular relative to the plane of the bottom and including at least two separate radial arms, distributed around the axis and sweeping over substantially the entire surface of the bottom, wherein the thickness or the height of each arm relative to the bottom is smaller than the height of the lateral opening or of each lateral opening.
DEVICE FOR MAKING A MULTI-COMPONENTS PRODUCT MATERIAL
A device for making of a multi-components product material. The device includes a processing and homogenizing chamber for primary particle components. The chamber includes at least two sets of rotary shovels, which rotate in parallel in a mutually counter-rotating, homogenizing mode, inlet(s) into the chamber for at least one secondary component in a fluid state and/or fine particulate material state, which interacts with the primary components while they are moved around in the chamber by sets of the shovels, and an outlet in the chamber to allow the primary and secondary components to leave the chamber as the multi-component product material.
Mechanisms and Methods for Mixing and/or Dispensing Multipart Materials
Methods and mechanisms for mixing and dispensing multipart materials is provided. The methods and mechanisms may be used for mix on demand operations as well as for encapsulation of electronic components. The methods and mechanisms may incorporate a mixer assembly from which material is substantially directly dispensed. The methods and mechanisms may incorporate mix on demand where first and second material supply sources include pumping arrangements for pumping first and second materials through a mixing arrangement. The pumping forces provided by the pumping arrangements also provide the force to dispense the mixed material where it will ultimately be formed, such as a potting location or a mold.
Method and a device for making a multi-components product material
A method and a device are for making of a multi-components product material.
MIXER BUCKET
Mixer bucket (1) provided with a hopper (12) having a concave bottom portion (120) provided with an opening (122) arranged between a first and a second continuous portions (124)(126); a funnel-shaped member (30) being carried by the concave portion (120) so as to face the opening (122) and define a gravity discharge for mixture; the funnel-shaped member (30) being carried by the hopper (12) by means of a guide (128) aligned with the given direction (D); actuating means (40) being carried by the hopper (12) to move the funnel-shaped member (30) along the guide (128) between a first position (P1), where it faces the opening (122), and a second position (P2)(P3), lateral with respect to the opening (122) in correspondence of one of the first and second flanks (14)(16).
CALCINED GYPSUM SLURRY MIXING APPARATUS HAVING VARIABLY POSITIONABLE LUMP RING AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING GYPSUM PRODUCT USING SAME
A mixing apparatus for producing aqueous calcined gypsum slurry includes a housing, a rotor assembly, and an actuator system. The housing defines a mixing chamber therewithin. A top lid of the housing includes a lid ring extending along a normal axis toward a bottom thereof. The rotor assembly includes a rotor disposed within the mixing chamber and a drive shaft extending along and rotatable about the normal axis. The rotor is rotatively coupled with the drive shaft and extends radially therefrom. The upper surface of the rotor and the lid ring are separated by a lid ring gap along the normal axis. The actuator system is arranged with the rotor assembly to selectively move the rotor over a range of travel along the normal axis between a lowered position and a raised position to selectively change the lid ring gap.
Method and System for Forming a Composite Material
A method of forming a composite material includes mixing granules of thermoplastic(s) and granules of reinforcing material(s) using a mixer with an interior friction coating. The friction generated by interaction between the granules and friction coating causes granules of at least one of the thermoplastic(s) to be heated to a liquid or semi-liquid state. The liquid/semi-liquid thermoplastic(s) act a binder for the mixed material. A system for forming such a composite material includes such a mixer with an interior friction coating. The system may also include a mould and/or a press for forming material produced by the mixer into a finished shape. The method and system may use post-consumer and post-industrial material as an input allowing such material to be recycled. In some cases, cross-contaminated or mixed post-consumer/post-industrial material may be recycled, potentially reducing environmental impacts.
