Storage, mixing and dispensing device
Various embodiments are described herein for a device for storing first and second ingredient materials, mixing the ingredient materials to form an adhesive material and dispensing the adhesive material. Various embodiments are also described herein for a method of making the device and a method of using the device.
Rapidly cooling food and drinks
Systems and methods have demonstrated the capability of rapidly cooling the contents of pods containing the ingredients for food and drinks.
System and method for generating and storing methane gas using renewable sources
Systems and methods provide a self-contained sealed apparatus that captures, filters, compresses and stores methane gas produced by the decomposition of bio-degradable organic materials. The system includes a rotatable and sealable chamber with an intermittent drive unit that mixes moist bio-degradable material during an anaerobic reaction, and captures methane gas generated by anaerobic decomposition. A filter to remove impurities, a low-pressure storage tank, a compressor and a high-pressure storage tank are interconnected and controlled by a system that monitors system parameters, that may include gas flow rate, temperature, and gas volume, and controls system parameters, that may include drive unit activation, generator operation, and compressor operation.
Frozen product machine
A frozen product machine that solves problems associated with conventional home ice cream and frozen product machines by prevents loss of product in the chamber and decreases freezing time for a liquid product. A cooling chamber is cooled by a cooling element that provides variable cooling temperatures throughout the cooling chamber. A temperature gradient, progressing from lower temperatures at the bottom of the chamber, or the outlet, to higher at the top of the chamber, or inlet, create a more efficient means of cooling a frozen product. An auger, that may be shaped to match the shape of the cooling chamber may include slots that allow for controlled flow of frozen product through the chamber to promote efficient cooling. Hinged fins may rotate from open to closed within the slot to further enhance flow of frozen product through the frozen product machine.
RAPIDLY COOLING FOOD AND DRINKS
Systems and methods have demonstrated the capability of rapidly cooling the contents of pods containing the ingredients for food and drinks.
Stirrer comprising two rotating shafts having intersecting stirring blades capable of rotating symmetrically and rotating in identical direction and stirring method
The present disclosure relates to a stirrer for stirring a raw material such as flour or meat. Two rotating shafts are installed inside the stirrer such that stirring blades intersect with each other. The two rotating shafts are controlled to simultaneously rotate symmetrically or to rotate in the same direction, and the stirred raw material is discharged through a side surface of a stirring tank of the stirrer. The rotating shafts having the stirring blades formed thereon are connected to a driving means that can adjust the phase angle of the two shafts, via a position control device. The raw material is stirred while relative positions are adjusted such that the stirring blades formed on the two rotating shafts do not interfere with each other.

DEVICE FOR PRODUCING AND CONDITIONING A MULTI-COMPONENT MIXTURE AND METHOD FOR OPERATING A DEVICE OF THIS KIND
The invention relates to a device for producing and processing a multi-component mixture, the device comprising a mixing chamber which has an outlet, wherein the device has a closure element which can be moved in the direction of a longitudinal axis L of the mixing chamber in order to open or close the outlet of the mixing chamber; wherein the device has an apparatus for controlling an axial speed of the closure element, the apparatus comprising: a hydraulic system in which a hydraulic fluid is guided; a cylinder which is connected to the nozzle closure element and cooperates with at least one chamber of the hydraulic system; and a controllable throttle gap arranged in the hydraulic system.
Mixing paddle for appliance for preparing animal feed, and method for preparing animal feed
A mixing paddle that is configured to rotate about a horizontal rotation axis and includes at least one eccentric arm which includes a first portion inclined with respect to a plane containing the rotation axis, so as to cause the ingredients contained in the mixing chamber to move in a first axial direction when the mixing paddle rotates in a first direction of rotation, a second portion having a cross section oriented radially with respect to the rotation axis in order, when the mixing paddle rotates in a second direction of rotation, to bring about a radial movement of the ingredients towards the outside of the mixing chamber.
