System and method for mixing stone-plastic floor base material
A solenoid valve includes a main valve, a first auxiliary valve, a second auxiliary valve, a main valve body, and an auxiliary valve body. The main and auxiliary valve bodies are axially parallel and detachably connected. The main valve is mounted on the main valve body, the first and second auxiliary valves are mounted on the auxiliary valve body, which is provided with an air inlet, a cylinder port and an air discharging port. The air inlet communicates with the main valve through a first air passage. The cylinder port is sequentially in communication with the first and second auxiliary valves and the main valve through a second air passage. The air discharging port sequentially communicates with the first and second auxiliary valves and the main valve through a third air passage. The main and second auxiliary valves are solenoid valves. The first auxiliary valve is a hand-operated valve.
METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR THE TREATMENT OF MATERIALS
A system for the treatment of materials, to be selected from between materials in a fluid state (1) and particles suspended in a fluid material (1), comprising at least one upper kinematic pair equipped with two mechanical elements (2a, 2b; 2a, 2c), said kinematic pair being in contact with a material in a fluid state (1) or with particles suspended in a fluid material (1); motor means (5) to generate a pre-set relative velocity (v) between the elements (2a, 2b; 2a, 2c) of said kinematic pair, and tensioning means (8) to subject said kinematic pair to a pre-set pressure (P).
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR A PROCESS TO PROVIDE IMPROVED PREPARATION OF CONSUMABLES
A system and method for a process to prepare consumable food and/or drink products by means of precise heating and stirring for a set period of time. The system utilizes a variable rotation rate magnetic stirring process, a variable temperature heating process, and a timing process in order to prepare consumables. The magnetic stirrer provides agitation to a fluid medium and facilitates homogenous distribution of heat produced by the heating element throughout the fluid. This even distribution of heat creates an improved consumable preparation. The system is suitable for home use.
High shear thin film machine for dispersion and simultaneous orientation-distribution of nanoparticles within polymer matrix
An improved a device and method for dispersion and simultaneous orientation of nanoparticles within a matrix is provided. A mixer having a shaft and a stator is provided. The shaft may have a rupture region and erosion region. Further, an orienter having an angled stationary plate and a moving plate are provided. The nanoparticles and the matrix are fed into the mixer. A rotational force is applied to the shaft to produce shearing forces. The shearing forces disperse and exfoliate the nanoparticles within the matrix. The dispersed mixture is outputted onto the moving plate. The moving plate is forced across the angled stationary plate to produce fully developed laminar shear flow. The fully developed laminar shear flow or the two-dimensional extensional drag flow orients the dispersed nanoparticles-matrix mixture.
MIXER ASSEMBLY
A heated base for a mixing assembly includes a housing that has an upper rim and a lower bowl. A heating feature is disposed within the lower bowl of the housing. An engagement clip is operably coupled to the housing. A locking member operably coupled to the engagement clip and is configured to selectively engage the engagement clip in a first position and a second position.
DISPERSION OF SMALL SCALE MATERIALS VIA CAVITATION
There is provided methods and systems for disaggregation and deagglomeration of small scale materials such as carbon nanotubes by cavitation of a treatment substance. The treatment substance may be a substance such as CO.sub.2 which is capable of undergoing phase changes. Systems must be capable of withstanding high pressures, and cavitation may be done by ultrasound, mechanical agitation, injection of a jet stream, or other methods. Materials treated via the methods of the invention may be removed without the use of chemical surfactants or other chemical modification means, and may be further used in a battery.
Device for refilling vape solution
A device for refilling vape solution has a controller, a plurality of raw material containers, a mixer, a plurality of input controlling valves, and an output controlling valve. The plurality of raw material containers are respectively used for storing a kind of raw material. Each of the input controlling valves is used for connecting the mixer and one of the raw material containers and controlled by the controller to be opened or closed so as to selectively allow the raw material to be injected into the mixer. The output controlling valve is connected to the mixer and controlled by the controller to be opened or closed so as to output a product solution. The mixer is controlled by the controller to mix the raw materials therein so as to generate the product solution.
Process vessel for forming fuel compositions and related systems and methods
This disclosure relates to a processing that includes a first shell and a second shell disposed within the first shell. The second shell includes a first end, a second end, and a wall extending between the first end and the second end. The second shell also defines a cavity and a longitudinal axis extending between the first end and the second end. A cross section of the second shell transverse to the longitudinal axis includes a first arcuate inner wall portion having a first radius of curvature and a second arcuate inner wall portion having a second radius of curvature. The first radius of curvature is larger than the second radius of curvature.
