MEDICAL PRESSURE THERAPY DEVICE AND COMPONENTS THEREOF
A pressure therapy device includes a pressure chamber, an inflatable padding, a seal, and a positioning mechanism. The pressure chamber has an opening arranged for admitting the inflatable padding and a limb of a user. The inflatable padding is inflatable to enclose and fix the limb in position. The seal covers the opening, including the inflatable padding and the limb to seal the pressure chamber from ambient atmospheric pressure. A pump unit is provided to generate a non-atmospheric pressure within the pressure chamber and includes a first valve system and a piston with safety release features for preventing unsafe pressure levels.
Multi-functional shower head attachment device with suction and pressure capability
A multi-functional shower head attachment device with suction and pressure capabilities enables users to induce a pressurized flow of liquid, or suction with handheld device selectively removably couplable to a conventional shower head. The device includes a housing containing a fluid transport network that is selectively manipulated along a valve translation path to selectively induce a negative pressure vacuum, and a pressurized discharge of fluid. The vacuum is generated as the pressurized fluid is diverted through a configuration of conduits, past a venturi channel and through a secondary exit port; thereby creating the vacuum through adjacent, fluidly coupled conduits. The pressurized fluid discharge is generated as the incoming pressurized fluid is diverted directly through a series of conduits to an exit port. The housing is coupled to a handheld suction and pressure housing assembly through which the user washes, removes acne/oils, etc., with both suction and pressurized fluid discharge.
High Efficiency External Counter Pulsation System And Method of Treatment Using the System
An external counter pulsation system (ECP) and method for using the system to improve circulation as well as cardiovascular related diseases. The ECP system of the present invention comprises a helical air bladder for modulating blood flow of major veins and arteries of the thigh. High efficiency is realized with the helical shape of the air bladder to lower the cost, weight and size of the ECP of the present invention.
Heated Massage Pillow
A massage pillow configured to be positioned over a fluid jet includes a cushion and a retaining assembly. The cushion includes a front surface, a rear surface, and side surfaces extending there between. The rear surface includes an annular edge defining an opening providing access to an interior of the cushion sized to at least partially cover the jet. The retainer assembly includes an opening configured to align with the jet and a peripheral edge configured to retain the annular edge of the cushion. The retainer assembly is configured to be removably fixed to a wall surrounding the jet with the jet aligned with the opening of the retainer assembly and the opening of the cushion, such that fluid expelled from the jet passes into the interior of the cushion, so that the pillow provides massage and/or warmth due to the expelled fluid.
Stimulation Device
A stimulation device including a sleeve-shaped body formed by an at least partially flexible wall which has a first end portion with a first end forming a first end of the sleeve-shaped body and a second end portion forming a second end of the sleeve-shaped body and containing an opening through which a body part sensitive to stimulation is inserted into the sleeve-shaped body. A loading mechanism is configured to subject the first end portion of the wall of the sleeve-shaped body to a force which changes the distance between the first end and second end of the sleeve-shaped body; in particular a time-variant first force that oscillates as a tensile force for relative lengthening of the distance between the first end and second end of the sleeve-shaped body and a pressure force for relative shortening of the distance between the first end and second end of the sleeve-shaped body.
MASSAGE APPARATUS, SYSTEMS AND METHODS
A massage system includes a massage head configured to contact a treatment region of a patient during a massage treatment procedure, a body having a handle, a connector having a first end and a second end, wherein the first end is releasable secured to the body and the second end is coupled to the massage head, a motor positioned within the body and configured to drive movement of the massage head relative to the body, and a platform configured to be placed against the patient during a massage treatment procedure. The platform defines an opening. The platform is positioned so that the massage head extends at least partially through the opening during movement of the massage head relative to the body, and the platform surrounds the massage head in at least one dimension during movement of the massage head relative to the body.
Air pressure massager
An air pressure massager includes at least one pressure field generating device. The pressure field generating device includes a chamber with at least one first opening, a connecting rod member connected to one end of the chamber, an eccentric member connected to the connecting rod member, a driving unit connected with the eccentric member, a control device configured to activate the drive unit, and an accessory. The first opening is configured to be placed on a portion of a human body. The driving unit drives the eccentric member to move to drive the connecting rod member to move, such that a volume of the chamber is changed to generate a pressure field for stimulating the human body. The pressure field generated in the chamber directly towards the portion of the human body. The pressure field is adjusted by a positive pressure mode and/or a negative pressure mode.
ADAPTIVE HIGH FREQUENCY CHEST WALL OSCILLATION SYSTEM
Devices, systems, and methods for HFCWO oscillation therapy can enhance expectoration by preferred impact to the user to encourage mucus dislodging, including by successive pressure imposition to a chest engagement device to provide HFCWO.
STIMULATION DEVICE
Stimulation devices are disclosed. An example apparatus includes a housing including a chamber. The housing defines an opening to the chamber. The example apparatus includes a flexible material protruding from the opening and configured to sealingly engage a portion of a body of a user including a clitoris. The example apparatus includes a drive unit disposed in the housing. The drive unit is to cause a volume of the chamber to alternate between a first volume and a second volume, the alternating volume of the chamber to cause pressure in the chamber to modulate between positive pressures relative to an ambient pressure and negative pressures relative to the ambient pressure. The modulated positive pressures and negative pressures are to be applied to the portion of the body via the opening.
PIN-SHAPED STIMULATION DEVICE
An example stimulation device includes a housing, a longitudinal axis of the housing being an axis of longest extension along a length of the housing from a first end to a second end of the housing, a first portion of the housing defining an opening to a chamber, a central longitudinal axis of the first portion of the housing extending through the opening, the central longitudinal axis of the first portion of the housing disposed at a non-perpendicular angle relative to the longitudinal axis of the housing; and a drive unit disposed in the housing, the drive unit to cause a volume of the chamber to change to cause pressure in the chamber to alternate between positive pressures and negative pressures relative to an ambient pressure, the alternating positive and negative pressures to be applied to a portion of a body of a user including a clitoris via the opening.
