MULTI-USE MASSAGE TOOL
A massage tool includes a spherically-shaped muscle ball element, a cylindrical central handle element, a discoid-shaped skin brace element, and a pin-pointer element. The massage tool allows for both general and targeted massage of various body parts. For example, the spherically-shaped muscle ball element can be used for general massage to aid in relaxing muscles; and the pin-pointer element can be used for targeted massage of particularly tense muscle fibers (muscular knots). The cylindrical central handle element can also double as a shoulder roller for releasing tension in the shoulders.
Meibomian Gland Roller System with Eye Pads
An eye treatment system can comprise a roller with a handle, a power source, control circuitry coupled to the power source, an axle, coupled to the handle, a heating element within the roller, a cylinder configured to rotate about the axle, a temperature sensor adjacent to a surface of the cylinder, with the temperature sensor spaced apart from the heating element, and one or more arms of the roller that couple a first end of the handle to the axle, wherein at least one of the one or more arms houses first wiring through which power is supplied from the power source to the heating element and houses second wiring connecting the temperature sensor to the control circuitry. The treatment system might also comprise an eye pad comprising a heat-retaining material and sized to be applied to an eyelid of a user when warmed. The eye pad could be gel-filled.
Ball roller assemblies with thermal components
A ball roller assembly may include an inner sphere that is constructed from a thermal-sensitive material. The ball roller assembly may also include an outer sphere that is constructed from a thermal-conductive material. The inner sphere may be disposed within the outer sphere and thermal transfer may occur between the inner sphere, the outer sphere, and a user of the ball roller assembly. The ball roller assembly may further include a housing constructed from a thermal-insulative material, and the outer sphere and the inner sphere may be disposed within the housing. The inner sphere may be selectively removable from the outer sphere and the outer sphere may be selectively removable from the housing.
Adjustably Tensioned Roller Massage System
An adjustably tensioned roller massage system provides a pair of roller massage assemblies in opposed adjustable tensioned or spaced relation to allow engagement of each one of a pair of roller massage assemblies on a corresponding massageable portion of a body.
Massage roller assembly
A massage roller assembly that includes a cylindrical main body portion that defines a roller axis and includes an outer roller surface and that includes a plurality of massage members. A plurality of radially extending tunnels are defined in the cylindrical main body portion and through the outer roller surface. The massage members are associated with the cylindrical main body portion and are each configured to reciprocate in a radial direction between a stowed position and a deployed position. In the deployed position at least a portion of the first and second massage members are positioned radially outwardly of the cylindrical main body portion.
Body massaging apparatus
A self-operated, or therapist assisted, apparatus particularly adapted for massaging a user's body parts affected by repetitive strain injuries such as tendinitis and carpal tunnel syndrome, comprises two clamping arms joined at a base end and provided with an opening at the other end. Flexible massaging members are mounted on opposite medial sections of the arms. A body part may be placed between the two arms of the device to be acted upon by the massaging members, whereby the body part is adjustably clamped between the pair of massaging members and massaged by translating and rotating movements of the body part along an axis perpendicular to the mounting axes of the massaging members. Alternatively, one of the arms of the apparatus may be separated from the apparatus and used independently to massage body parts that otherwise would not fit between the arms of the apparatus.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR TREATING LIPS AND SKIN
Methods and devices for treating a targeted tissue including a skin or a lip and more particularly methods and devices that enhances absorption of treatment media into tissue for cosmetic and therapeutic purposes.
THERAPEUTIC BOTTLE
A therapeutic bottle may include a cylindrical holder and a cylindrical vacuum seal vessel that is retained in the cylindrical holder. The bottle may include a stress-releasing foam structure that attaches around a top portion of the cylindrical holder; and a set of massage rollers attached below the stress-releasing foam structure on a side of the cylindrical holder. The bottle may also include a hand grip in a wave pattern shape that permanently sits below the stress-relating foam structure on a side of the cylindrical holder.
Portable roller massager
A portable roller massager includes an elongate center shaft having a longitudinal axis extending between a first end and a second end, a roller section rotatably positioned about an outer surface of the elongate center shaft and extending not entirely between the first and second ends, a first handle member movably attachable to the first end of the elongate center shaft, and a second handle member movably attachable to the second end of the elongate center shaft. The elongate center shaft, roller section, first handle member, and second handle member cooperate to form a portable roller massager for massaging and treating a person's muscles.
Treatment Device and System
A treatment system including a treatment device for treating a treatment area of a person's body is provided. The treatment device may include one or more treatment elements or treatment balls and a clamp or securement mechanism. The clamp or securement mechanism may include a first opposable portion and a second opposable portion, wherein at least one of the first opposable portion and the second opposable portion includes a receptacle configured to releasably hold a treatment element. The clamp or securement mechanism may be transitioned between an open configuration and a closed configuration. The treatment device may be used to apply pressure and a desired temperature to the treatment area, such as to apply pressure and a cold temperature to a portion of a person's ear to help treat ear injuries, which may help to reduce the likelihood of developing deformities (e.g., “cauliflower ear”).
