Systems and methods for processing crops harvested from fields
Systems and methods are provided for processing seeds collected from a field. One example system includes a trailer supporting a hopper configured to hold seeds to be devitalized, a mill configured to devitalize the seeds held in the hopper, and a spreader configured to discharge the devitalized seeds from the system. A first transport assembly interconnects the hopper and the mill, on the trailer, to transport the seeds from the hopper to the mill. And, a second transport assembly interconnects the mill and the spreader, on the trailer, to transport the devitalized seeds from the mill to the spreader.
Deflection distributor refitting kit for a roller crusher, a roller crusher and method for mounting such kit
Disclosed is a deflection distributor refitting kit for a roller crusher. According to the disclosure the deflection distributor refitting kit comprises a deflection distributing shaft, thrust rods each having first and second ends and mounts for attachment of the deflection distributing shaft at a frame of the roller crusher, wherein a first end of each of the thrust rods is attached to the deflection distributing shaft via a lever, and wherein a second end of each of the thrust rods is arranged to be attached to a movable bearing housing of the roller crusher. Also disclosed is a method for mounting the deflection distributor refitting kit, as well as a roller crusher comprising a deflection distributor.
DEVICE AND METHOD FOR SHREDDING OBJECTS
A device for shredding objects includes a feed tray for the reception of objects to be shredded, a roller shredder with at least one powered roller and a further working means in the form of a roller or a comb-shaped counterpart, between which a working gap is formed, in order to shred objects from the feed tray and convey them through the working gap, and a pushing element which can be moved in the feed tray and by means of which the objects to be shredded can be conveyed to the roller shredder. The feed tray can be closed on an upside by a removable cover and an interior space of the feed tray is connected to a suction device for producing a negative pressure.
Two roller sugarcane crushing mill
An improved two roll sugarcane crushing mill with a semi closed frame having a plurality of improved two roll mill modules in tandem. Each improved two roll mill modules has a bottom roll and top roll, the bottom roll being rotatingly mounted in a pair of main frames at the two ends and the top roll is rotatingly mounted in a pair of top beams. One end of each of the top beams being pivotedly attached near the upper end of the main frame towards feed side for swinging the top beams along with the top roll. A hydraulic loader is provided which is pivotally attached between the end of the top beam and the base of the main frame. The semi closed frame fitted at the bottom end to the base of the Head Stock is designed to bear the forces of heavy and fluctuating loads.
APPARATUS AND PROCESS FOR WET CRUSHING MINED OIL SAND
A slurry preparation tower is provided comprising an intake opening through which oil sand enters the slurry preparation tower; a first sizer device operative to comminute oil sand passing through the first sizer device to a first upper size threshold; a second sizer device operative to comminute oil sand passing through the second sizer device to a second upper size threshold, wherein the second upper size threshold is less than the first upper size threshold; a first solvent supply device for adding solvent to the oil sand prior to or during its comminution in the first sizer device; and a plurality of deflector plates positioned between the first sizer device and the second sizer device to assist in the mixing of the first comminuted oil sand and solvent.
High-pressure roller press
A high-pressure roller press has a press frame, fixed and movable compression rollers rotatable about respective roller axes in the press frame, each having axially opposite roller ends in turn having end faces, and together forming a compaction zone with a roller gap vertically level with the roller axes and having a gap width that is variable during operation of the roller press. Two end plates axially flank the compaction zone at the roller ends, are mounted on the press frame so as to be movable, and are prestressed to shift axially outward away from the respective roller end faces against a prestress force during operation of the roller press. Respective single end rollers rotatable about respective end-roller axes axially delimit the roller gap and are mounted on the end plates vertically level with the roller gap.
Apparatus and method for grinding particulate material
A vertical roller mill comprising a grinding table and a grinding roller having a rotational axis, each having a grinding surface and arranged to define a grinding zone between the grinding surfaces grinds particulate material. A feeder feeds the particulate material to the vertical roller mill, with the grinding roller arranged to roll around a grinding path on said grinding table. The feeder receives a supply of the particulate material and directs that material to flow to the grinding zone of the vertical roller mill. The feeder can constrain the flow of material to a defined cross-section by applying a momentum to and/or pushing, or to compact the flow of material prior to directing the material, or combinations thereof. In particular, the disclosure is applicable to grinding particulate materials like mining ores, industrial minerals and chemicals, sand, slag, ash, clay, pigments for coatings, pharmaceuticals and cement raw materials.
FLOUR MILLING DEVICE AND METHOD THEREOF
This disclosure relates to a flour milling device. The flour milling device includes a hopper including Near Infrared (NIRED) sensors configured for identifying a type of grains fed into the hopper to provide at least one grinding option to a user. The flour milling device further includes a pair of anodized aluminum rollers positioned below the hopper and horizontally aligned with each other. A first anodized aluminum roller is stationary, and a second anodized aluminum roller is configured to move to adjust spacing based on a selected grinding option. The flour milling device further includes a corundum stone and a corundum roller positioned below the pair of anodized aluminum rollers. The corundum stone is stationary, and the corundum roller is configured to move to adjust spacing based on the selected grinding option. The flour milling device further includes an inbuilt cleaning mechanism to automatically clean the flour milling device.
METERING AND/OR WEIGHING DEVICE FOR FOODSTUFF
A metering and/or weighing device includes a bulk material container with a bulk material inlet and a bulk material delivery. The latter is configured to deliver bulk material which is present in the bulk material container, in intervals in a metered and/or controlled manner. The metering and/or weighing device has a radar sensor which is attached to the container at the upper side and generates a beam cone which is directed downwards into an inside of the container, in order to determine a level of the bulk material which is present in the container.
