AN APPARATUS FOR GRINDING PARTICULATE MATERIAL
An apparatus for grinding particulate material comprising: a roller press having a pair of grinding rollers each having a rotation axis and being arranged oppositely and parallel to define a grinding roller gab in a common plane through the axes of the rollers, and a mechanical conveying device for conveying granular material to the roller press having a proximal end and a distal end relative to the roller press, the roller press being arranged at the proximal end of the conveying device. The conveying device is arranged to constrain a flow or mat of the granular material having in a cross sectional view a rectangular shape with a mid-plane and to transfer the flow or mat of granular material directly to the grinding roller gab of the roller press in a linear transfer plane being coincident with the mid-plane and perpendicular to the common plane through the axes of the rollers.

GRINDING ROLLER FOR WASTE TIRES AND MULTIFUNCTIONAL CRUSHER HAVING THE SAME GRINDING ROLLER
Disclosed is a grinding roller for waste tires and a multifunctional crusher having the grinding roller. The grinding roller comprises a roll shaft and a plurality of grinding components. The grinding components each comprise a grinding frame and grinding blocks mounted in grooves of the grinding frame. Each grinding block has a grinding surface that protrudes with respect to the grooves. Axial interval adjusting rings are disposed on the ring shaft for separating the grinding components at a predetermined distance to cut waste tires into blocks. The crusher comprises a box for housing the grinding roller. The box is provided with a material inlet and a material outlet. Axial blockers are mounted on the crusher to help grind waste tires into fine powder.

DRIVE ASSEMBLY FOR A ROLL CRUSHER
A drive arrangement for a roll crusher includes two rollers arranged in parallel, two trains, each for driving a roller. The two drive trains each has a gear transmission including a drive shaft which can connect to a motor and an output shaft which can connect with a roller. Each gear transmission includes an intermediate shaft arranged between the drive shaft and the output shaft. The intermediate shafts are connected to each other via a slip-free torque transmission device which allows an offset of the gear transmissions in relation to each other in combination with a torque limiting clutch which terminates the connection for a conjoint rotation of the intermediate shafts when an adjustable torque is exceeded.

Press roll
The invention relates to a press roller for a roller press, in particular for briquetting, compacting or grinding granular material, having a roller core (1) and a roller sleeve fastened to the exterior of the roller core (1), said sleeve being composed of a plurality of segments (2), distributed over the circumference, with mutually facing lateral faces (3). The segments (2) have clamping shoulders (5) which extend around the front faces and have first clamping surfaces (8). The segments (2) are releasably fastened at each front face to the roller core (1) by means of at least one fastening ring (6), said fastening ring fitting over the clamping shoulders (5) of the segments (2). The front faces (12) and/or clamping shoulders (5) of the segments (2), in the front face edge regions associated with the lateral faces (3), have outer material reinforcements (13) which protrude outwardly relative to the first clamping surface (8) in the radial direction and/or relative to the front face (12) in the axial direction and define, together with the clamping surfaces (8), pocket-type recesses (14) in between them in the circumferential direction, second clamping surfaces (9) of the fastening ring (6) resting against said pocket-type recesses.
