METHOD OF CRUSHING AND PROCESSING GRAIN WITHOUT DESTROYING GERM POUCHES IN THE GRAIN
A system of crushing and processing grain without destroying germ pouches in the grain by: (a) pneumatically transporting grain from truck to a cyclone and processing bin to a pre-crushing area; (b) dropping the grain from the pre-crushing area down into a single pass crushing machine while simultaneously releasing air from the pre-crushing area such that the grain falls from the pre-crushing area into a single-pass crushing machine under the force of gravity and is not blown down into the single-pass crushing machine; and then (c) crushing the grain in the single-pass crushing machine that has three or more roller pairs such that from one successive roller pair down to the next roller pair the grain is crushed smaller and smaller when moving downwardly in the machine. Also included are air locks with attached dust sleeves.

HIGH-PRESSURE ROLL PRESS WITH VIBRATION DEVICE IN THE FEEDER DEVICE
A high pressure roll press has two counter-rotating rolls configuring a roll nip through which milling material passes and is comminuted under high pressure by forming a fracture in a milling material structure in the roll nip. A feeder device feeds the milling material homogeneously onto the roll nip. The volume of the fed milling material configures a compaction zone, which reaches from approximately the center of the roll nip to just beyond the center of the roll nip. A vibration device for pre-compressing the milling material is arranged above the compaction zone, reaching into the compaction zone. A metering slide is arranged within the feeder device to set the feeding location and the feeding quantity of the milling material onto the roll nip. The vibration device is connected to the metering slide, wherein the metering slide conducts the vibration energy of the vibration device into the compaction zone.

TRANSMISSION HOLDER FOR A ROLLER PRESS AND METHOD FOR DISMANTLING THE TRANSMISSION OF A ROLLER PRESS
The transmission holder according to the invention for a roller press has a two-part structure with a transmission part which is connected to the transmission and a separate torque supporting part which is to be connected to the machine base frame or foundation. Transmission and torque supporting part of the transmission holder can be detachably connected to one another, preferably by means of a screw or bolt connection. In one embodiment this connection has two screws or bolts. Advantageously the dismantling or assembly of the rollers can thus be accomplished significantly more simply than according to the prior art since merely the screw or bolt connection between transmission and transmission holder of the transmission holder must be released. Advantageously significantly fewer screws/bolts need to be released for dismantling the transmission which in addition are more readily accessible and have a significantly greater distance from one another than according to the prior art. In addition, no unilateral gravitation forces act after dismantling as a result of the symmetrical transmission part. Likewise the tightening torque of the screws/bolts advantageously does not play a very important role. As a further advantage the transmission holder according to the invention can be manufactured simply and cost-effectively. As a result of the compact shape of the transmission part, advantageously low moulding and manufacturing costs are also incurred.
