Percussion paddle
A percussion paddle device for use in chest physical therapy-comprising a handle and cup positioned at one terminal end of the handle. The cup is made of a pliable plastic and has a cushion positioned long its exterior rim. In use, the percussion paddle is swung at a patient such that the cushion is flush with the patient creating seal. The resulting build up of pressure mimics the force of a cupped hand.
Massage device with massage head equipped with tapping finger
Provided is a facial massage device including: a massage head (1) that includes: a bearing element (20) that is intended to be placed against the face and that defines a bearing surface (S), at least one massage finger (21), each including a working head (22) intended to come into contact with the face and each being mobile between: a retracted position (R) in which the working head (22) is located short of the bearing surface (S) towards the inside of the massage head (1), an extended position (E) in which the working head (22) is located beyond the bearing surface (S) towards the outside of the massage head (1), means (25) for manoeuvring each massage finger (21) designed to move each of the massage fingers (21) alternately between the extended position (E) and the retracted position (R) thereof, and a drive housing (2) that carries the massage head (1) and that includes an electric motor (6) that actuates drive means (7) designed to transmit the drive from the electric motor (6) to the manoeuvring means (25), wherein the drive housing (2) is located opposite the working heads, relative to the bearing element (20).
Acoustic therapy device
The present disclosure provides a system for delivery of therapeutic energy. The system includes an energy unit configured to convert the acoustic energy signals transmitted to therapeutic ultrasound directed to fragment tumors and carcinogenic tissue in the body. The system also includes an energy unit configured to convert the acoustic energy signal transmitted from the energy unit to ultrasonic energy to image and monitor the treatment site with ultrasound. The system also includes a control unit including a computer for data storage and display.
MOBILE INVERTED PENDULUM
A mobile inverted pendulum includes a step on which a foot of a rider is placed, a vibration applying device that applies vibration to the step, and a vibration control unit that controls operation of the vibration applying device.
MUSCLE STIMULATION DEVICE
A vibration apparatus and an associated motor assembly attached to a glove or wrap for a body part to stimulate muscle activity in the area of application. The apparatus is capable of generating vibrations of various amplitudes at the same frequency or within a defined frequency range. The device causes vibration in a limb to which it is attached, such that muscle that are not normally utilized in a single range of motion activity are activated. The mechanism creating the vibration may an eccentric rotating mass vibration motor assembly attached to a glove or wrist support. Use of the device with fitness equipment provides an individual with the benefits associated with vibrational motion such as increased muscle use with a single exercise motion and increased muscle memory during use with sports activities.
WRIGGLE MASSAGER
A wriggle massager includes a soft rubber sleeve, and a massaging structure received in, the soft rubber sleeve and including a bracket, a driving member installed on the bracket, a snakelike transmission shaft and a bulge member, the driving member connected with the snakelike transmission shaft to control rotation of the snakelike transmission shaft. The snakelike transmission shaft includes at least one curve portion and the bulge member includes a transmission channel so that the snakelike transmission shaft is inserted into the transmission channel through one end of the transmission channel. A rotation contour of the at least one curve portion exceeds a radial contour of the transmission channel, so that the snakelike transmission shaft rotates to drive the bulge member to wriggle. The present disclosure provides that the snakelike transmission shaft rotates to drive the bulge member to wriggle for providing a new massage mode and improving users' experience.
Chiropractic adjusting instrument system and method
A portable battery power operated chiropractic adjusting instrument, manipulator or thruster for applying a selectable adjustment energy impulse to a patient through a plunger having a resilient or cushioned head with the energy impulse applied to the plunger being supplied by a solenoid. The adjusting instrument can have annunciators or indicators for preload, readiness to operate, level of energy impulse and the like. The power source can be an internal rechargeable battery or removable rechargeable battery pack.
Systems for modulating pressure wave therapy
A processor-controlled, energy-based therapy apparatus includes a pressure wave therapy device configured to provide therapeutic acoustic pulses to a patient and a processor that controls the output of the device. The pressure wave therapy device may include a control unit configured to control the pressure wave therapy device to deliver a treatment program, the treatment program comprising a plurality of acoustic pulses, each acoustic pulse comprising a pressure, the control unit including a memory storing patient-specific treatment information relating to a pain threshold of the patient; and a pain threshold indicator coupled to the control unit, the pain threshold indicator operable by the patient to provide an indication to the control unit of when a patient's pain threshold has been reached because an energy level delivered to the patient is unbearable.
Fascia manipulation device and method
A device, and the use thereof, for imparting shearing force to superficial and deep fascial layers to improve soft tissue mobility and function. Embodiments of the invention include three general components: a strike head, a force transmitter and a patient interface. A strike force generated at or by the strike head is transmitted by the force transmitter (and normalized/modulated in the case of the force modulator version of the force transmitter) to the patient interface and then to patient tissue.
Massager and Control Method Thereof
A massager includes a shell component provided with a contact side plate; a semiconductor refrigeration sheet, wherein the semiconductor refrigeration sheet is provided in the shell component, and the first working surface of the semiconductor refrigeration sheet is attached to the contact side plate; at least two electrode plates, wherein all of the electrode plates are provided on the contact side plate, and the polarities of the at least two electrode plates are opposite. The massager and the control method thereof according to the present disclosure use the semiconductor refrigeration sheet to cool or heat, so that the massager can realize various massage functions of cold compress, hot compress and alternating cold and hot massage, and achieve the effect of dissolving fat particles and discharging the fat particles out of the body. Moreover, an electrode plate is provided to release pulses, so that muscles can exercise passively.
