SOLVENT SEPARATION METHOD AND SOLVENT SEPARATION APPARATUS
Provided is a solvent separation method and a solvent separation apparatus that make it possible to efficiently retrieve the thermal energy possessed by an exhaust atmosphere released in a solvent-removal step to suppress reductions in a temperature of the exhaust atmosphere. In the solvent separation method and the solvent separation apparatus, a vaporized solvent is removed from a gas while heat-exchange between the gas within a condensation part and the gas within a dust-collection part is conducted by using a heat exchange part that is placed between the condensation part that introduces the gas into a first direction and the dust-collection part that introduce the gas into a second direction opposite to the first direction the gas discharged from a downstream side of the condensation part.
VENTILATION DEVICE
A ventilation device may include a first air treatment device and an ionizer. The ionizer may include an electrode. A counter-electrode of the ionizer may be electrically conductively connected to the first air treatment device.
EXHAUST TREATMENT SYSTEM AND METHOD
An exhaust treatment system includes a dust-removal system. The dust-removal system has an electric field device (1021) and an exhaust cooling device. The electric field device (1021) includes an inlet of the electric field device, an outlet of the electric field device, a dust-removal electric field cathode (10212), and a dust-removal electric field anode (10211), the dust-removal electric field cathode (10212) and the dust-removal electric field anode (10211) being used for generating an ionization dust-removal electric field. The exhaust cooling device is used for reducing an exhaust temperature before the inlet of the electric field device. An exhaust dust-removal system facilitates to reduce greenhouse gas emission, and also facilitates to reduce hazardous gas and pollutant emission, so that gas emission is more environment-friendly.

SOLVENT SEPARATION METHOD, SOLVENT SEPARATION APPARATUS AND SOLVENT SEPARATION SYSTEM
Provided are a solvent separation method, a solvent separation apparatus, and a solvent separation system that make it possible to easily collect a solvent removed from an exhaust atmosphere and that sake it possible to easily carry out maintenance of exhaust gas pathways. An impeller placed in a storage space of a casing is rotated to introduce a gas including a volatilized solvent from an inlet of the casing into the storage space, and the volatilized solvent is cooled and devolatilized by a collection face that has been cooled so as to have a surface temperature lower than the temperature of the gas, to thereby separate the solvent from the gas.
CONTINUOUS BIOMASS EXTRACTION SYSTEM AND PROCESS
A method for producing valuable organic liquid from a biomass wherein a gas is heated to a predetermined temperature to produce a heated gas. The heated gas is mixed with a biomass to produce an enriched organic vapor and a biomass waste product. The biomass waste product is separated from the enriched organic vapor. The enriched organic vapor is cooled to produce a liquid organic oil and the liquid organic oil is collected. A system for producing the liquid organic oil wherein the system includes a heat source for heating a gas to produce a heated gas and a first separation unit to separate an enriched organic vapor and a biomass waste product. The enriched organic vapor and the biomass waste product are generated from mixing the heated gas and a biomass. The system also includes a wet scrubber for cooling the enriched organic vapor to remove certain compounds from the enriched organic vapor to generate an enriched organic smoke. The organic smoke can be transformed to the liquid organic oil in an electrostatic precipitator.
