With the cryogenic physical therapy cabin in embodiments on the present application, the operation state can be adjusted according to the user adjustment instruction, and thereby improving the intelligence level of the cryogenic physical therapy cabin.
WATER QUALITY CONTROL SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR SWIMMING POOLS AND SPAS
A method of operating a swimming pool or spa includes controlling equipment for a swimming pool or spa based on a predicted future state of the swimming pool or spa. A method of controlling equipment for a swimming pool or spa may include receiving a scheduled future use for the swimming pool or spa, predicting a future state of the swimming pool or spa based on the scheduled future use, and controlling the equipment to perform cleaning or other action based on the predicted future state. A method of operating a swimming pool or spa includes receiving an indication of a cleaning trigger event, generating a first alert based on the received indication, generating a cleaning response by equipment for the swimming pool or spa, and generating a second alert based on a state of the swimming pool or spa meeting or exceeding a threshold value.
SWIMMING POOLS AND SPAS WITH WATER USAGE CONTROL
A control system for a swimming pool or spa may detect a water level of the swimming pool or spa. The water level may be detected based on information from an APC, information from an environmental sensor, and/or information from an optical sensor. In various embodiments, the control system may determine or estimate a cause of water displacement based on the received information from the APC, environmental sensors, and/or optical sensors.
METHOD, SYSTEM, COMPUTER PROGRAM PRODUCT AND DEVICE FOR FACILITATING CENTRALIZED CONTROL AND MONITORING OVER A NETWORK OF A SET OF REMOTE BATHING UNIT SYSTEMS
A method, device and system to facilitate centralized control and monitoring of remote network-enabled bathing unit systems owned and operated by different customers are described. A Graphical User Interface (GUI) is provided for presenting on a computing device a listing of bathing unit systems owned and operated by different customers. The GUI is also configured for displaying operational status indicators associated with at least some of the bathing unit systems presented in the listing of bathing unit systems. Data conveying updated operational status information pertaining to one or more of the bathing unit systems in the listing of bathing unit systems is received over a communication network and, in response, the GUI is dynamically adapted to display updated operational status indicators. User operable inputs may also be provided by the GUI to allow a user to add a new entry to the listing of bathing unit systems. In some implementations, the GUI may be configured to present information conveying one or more replacement parts available for purchase for the bathing unit systems in the displayed listing.
AUTOMATIC SELECTION OF SAUNA BATHING MODE AND IDLE MODE OF A FAN STOVE
A method, in which a fan equipped stove of a sauna is controlled automatically between an idle mode and a sauna bathing mode of the heating of the stove based on relative air humidity of the sauna; sound measured from the sauna; a measured load on benches of the sauna; a motion sensing signal measured from the sauna and/or the temperature of the stove. A controller, a stove and a sauna using the method are also described.
Birthing pool monitor system and method
A system (2; 4) for measuring the movement of a birthing mother in a birthing pool (1; 3), the system comprises: a) a birthing pool (1; 3), the pool (1; 3) comprising a base (11; 31) and a peripheral wall (12; 32) upstanding from the base (11; 31), the pool (1; 3) further comprising at least one motion sensor (21, 22; 41, 42), the motion sensor (21, 22; 41, 42) being located adjacent the peripheral wall (12; 32) and/or on the base (11; 31), and wherein the at least one motion sensor (21, 22; 41, 42) is configured or configurable to detect the movement of the birthing mother in the pool (1; 3); b) a processing means, e.g. a processor, operatively connected to the at least one motion sensor (21, 22; 41, 42); wherein the system is configured to monitor motion of the mother whilst located within the birthing pool (1; 3).
AUTOMATED TEMPERATURE CONTROL SYSTEM FOR SPAS
Described herein is an improved spa system including an operating mode that results in efficient and/or reduced electrical energy consumption while ensuring the use temperature is achieved no matter the time and/or date at which the user desires to enjoy the spa. The operating mode described herein may obtain information indicating a time at which a user may like to enjoy the spa, precisely determine a time it may take to heat water in the spa from an ambient temperature to the use temperature, and cause the spa pump and/or heater to begin the process of heating the water to the use temperature at least the determined time prior to the time at which the user may begin enjoying the spa. A spa may not achieve peak efficiency without a spa operating mode that calculates the estimated time to heat a spa from an ambient temperature to the use temperature.
Remote spa control system
A spa is provided including a frame, a shell mounted to the frame defining a basin for holding water, at least one sensor for monitoring a spa component or water condition, a communications interface including a cellular transceiver, and a battery for providing power to the at least one sensor and to the communications interface when the spa is not connected to a power source. The spa also includes a controller in electrical communication with the at least one sensor and the communications interface. The controller is configured to, while the spa is not connected to the power source, receive information from the at least one sensor, process the received information, and cause the communications interface to wirelessly transmit the processed information to a remote source or central server.
Foot spa with disposable pump
The foot spa has a rotating drive hub and a pump. The hub has North and South pole domains encircling a rotation axis in alternating relation. The pump includes a housing and an impeller, the housing having a pair of sides and defining: a cavity having a center and a periphery; an intake that communicates with the cavity center; and one or more ports communicating with the periphery. The impeller is mounted in the cavity and: defines blades which are adapted, upon rotation of the impeller in the cavity, to draw water through the intake and eject water through the one or more ports; and includes a portion that is ferromagnetic and a portion that is not ferromagnetic, the portions: being adapted such that rotation of the drive hub causes rotation of the impeller and abutting one another, one being axially displaced from the other.
