Misting system with removable canopy and user actuated control with optional modular construction
The misting system has, in one embodiment, two seats with misting heads above each seat. A platform supports the seats, a tank, a pump and a power source. A supply line couples the tank-supplied pump and the misters. Removable canopy is mounted above seats by vertical and curvaceous struts and the misters are mounted on the struts. A user actuated UA control on the seat(s) activates pump ON to release mist. Wheels make the module mobile. Battery, solar power, and chiller are options. A countdown timer turns OFF the pump or controllable, inline valves after initial activation of the UA control. A level sensor in the tank alerts the user via a user display. A pressurized system can be used. Multiple modules coupled together are controlled by a master module with master controls.
Spray gun alignment for precision application of container coatings
A spray gun alignment system precisely aligns a spray gun of a container spray machine for precision application of container coatings. The spray gun alignment system generates a spray gun alignment jig including a container holder adapter and a spray gun adapter. The container holder adapter is inserted into a container holder of the spray machine, and the spray gun adapter is fastened to the spray gun. The spray gun alignment jig is configured to position the spray gun in proper alignment with respect to the container holder.
CHEMICAL AGENT-SPRAYING DEVICE
A chemical agent-spraying device is provided with a chemical agent tank and chemical agent-jetting parts that jet out a chemical agent supplied from the chemical agent tank. The chemical agent-jetting parts include a first chemical agent-jetting part that jets out the chemical agent onto the reverse surfaces of crop leaves as an area to which the chemical agent is to be jetted, and a second chemical agent-jetting part that jets out the chemical agent onto the obverse surfaces of crop leaves as an area to which the chemical agent is to be jetted.
CHEMICAL LIQUID SUPPLY UNIT, SUBSTRATE PROCESSING APPARATUS HAVING THE SAME, AND CHEMICAL LIQUID SUPPLY METHOD
Proposed are a chemical liquid supply unit, a substrate processing apparatus having the same, and a chemical liquid supply method. More particularly, proposed is a technique for supplying chemical liquids of different flow rates, in which a chemical liquid is supplied at the same flow rate to each of a plurality of chemical liquid lines and the flow rate of the chemical liquid is adjusted through a flow control valve disposed on at least one chemical liquid line selected among the plurality of chemical liquid lines, so that the plurality of chemical liquid lines can supply chemical liquids at different flow rates.
VEHICULAR WASHING METHOD
A venturi-style vehicle washing system and method of washing a vehicle. The washing system and method produces large droplets of a liquid-gas mixture for washing a vehicle by mixing an energetic flow of gas carried at a first velocity through a gas conduit, with a liquid carried at a second velocity through a liquid conduit. A mixture conduit may carry the liquid-gas mixture to a vena contracta structure where: a jet forms, pressure drops, and velocity increases. The gas leaving the structure may expand to fill an outlet duct, creating turbulent vortexes in the liquid-gas mixture that transforms flowage kinetic energy to heat energy, which decreases pressure through the outlet duct. This results in increasing velocity of the liquid-gas mixture discharged onto the vehicle. The outlet duct operationally attaches to a spray arch that is sized to enable passage of a vehicle for washing with the liquid-gas mixture.
VARIABLE HEIGHT FOR THRUST CORRECTION THROUGH PRESSURE SENSING IN ELECTROSTATIC COATING SYSTEM
An electrostatic coating system including of a novel technique of height adjustment through pressure sensing and feedback mechanism in twin-phase air-assisted and forced-liquid flow based electrostatic nozzle(s). A variable height electrostatic edible coating system provides uniform and efficient coating to ensure shelf-life extension, improved nutritional value and enhanced sensory attribute.
Emitter and System for Discharge of a Decontaminating Liquid-Gas Stream
A system for biological decontamination uses high velocity low pressure emitters to create a fog of liquid decontamination agent or liquid and gaseous decontamination agents to blanket a volume to be decontaminated. The liquid decontamination agent and atomizing gas are suppled under pressure to the emitters which create various shock fronts in the gas stream as the gas is discharged from the emitters. The liquid decontamination agent is entrained in the gas stream as it is also discharged from the emitter, and the shock fronts atomize the liquid decontamination agent into droplets which form the decontaminating fog.
