A system may include a suspension delivery assembly; a thermal spray device; and a computing device. The computing device may be configured to control the suspension delivery assembly to deliver a first suspension comprising a first carrier liquid composition and a powder to the thermal spray device, wherein the thermal spray device delivers the first suspension to a substrate to form a first portion of a coating comprising the powder on the substrate; and control the suspension delivery assembly to deliver a second suspension comprising a second carrier liquid composition and the powder to the thermal spray device, wherein the thermal spray device delivers the second suspension to the substrate to form a second portion of the coating comprising the powder on the substrate.

A spray coating system has integrated weather monitoring controls. The system can include a dispenser with onboard control unit; an integrated apparatus for monitoring environmental conditions (temperature, humidity, wind etc.); and communication interface for wired, wireless, internet of things (IOT), or other communications. The system monitors weather conditions in the direct vicinity of the spray equipment and informs coating applicators immediately to prevent faulty coating applications associated with incompatible environmental conditions.

Provided is an apparatus for ejecting viscous liquid aerosol, and more particularly, an apparatus for ejecting viscous liquid aerosol capable of dispensing a viscous liquid to a work with a fine line width by ejecting the viscous liquid in the form of aerosols. The apparatus for ejecting viscous liquid aerosol may be configured compactly by miniaturizing a device capable of aerosolizing and ejecting viscous liquid in the form of aerosols. In addition, since the apparatus for ejecting viscous liquid aerosol has a structure that is easy to miniaturize, it is easy to uniformly maintain the characteristics of aerosol.

A preliminary container upstream of a slurry container, a tube or pipe of a compressed air discharge line from the slurry container is inserted into the preliminary container, so that, even if a slurry flows back, the slurry is retained in the preliminary container and the slurry is prevented from flowing back upstream of the preliminary container. Exemplary foam dispensers having remote foam generators and remote foam generators are disclosed herein. An exemplary foam dispenser includes a housing, a liquid reservoir, a liquid pump chamber, an air pump chamber and a remote foam generator. The remote foam generator is at least 3 inches from the liquid pump chamber and the air pump chamber. The remote foam includes a housing, an end wall, a liquid inlet and an air inlet. The remote foam generator includes a central axis. The air inlet is located above the central axis and the liquid inlet is located below the central axis. The remote foam generator includes an inner mixing chamber, an outer mixing chamber and a deflector. The deflector has a first surface angled to deflect air flowing from the air inlet into the outer mixing chamber. The liquid inlet directs liquid flow into the outer mixing chamber. One or more fluid flow windows place the outer mixing chamber in fluid communications with the inner mixing chamber. A foaming chamber is included. One or more mix media are located in the foaming chamber. The foam generator also includes a foam outlet.

The present invention provides a portable device for injecting repair material, the portable device comprising: a chassis frame; tanks storing source materials; pumping means pumping the source materials; an injection nozzle mixing the source materials and injecting repair material into cracks; source material supplying means including: operating blocks connected to the pumping means; supplying pipes connected to the operating blocks and supplied with the source materials; transferring pipes connected to the operating blocks and transferring the source materials into the injection nozzle, and a pressure controller connected to the transferring pipe and controlling the source materials, wherein check valves for preventing backflow are installed inside the transferring pipes, wherein by adjusting another check valve connected to the pressure controller, an amount of the repair material for injection is controlled.

According to one embodiment, a liquid crystal display device includes an array substrate, a counter-substrate, a negative liquid crystal layer including liquid crystal molecules, a retardation film attached to a surface of the array substrate, a first polarizer attached to the retardation film and having a first absorption axis, a second polarizer attached to a surface of the counter-substrate, and having a second absorption axis which is parallel to a direction of initial alignment of the liquid crystal molecules and perpendicular to the first absorption axis, a cover member located opposite to the second polarizer, and ultraviolet curing resin which bonds the second polarizer and the cover member to each other.

According to one embodiment, a liquid crystal display device includes an array substrate, a counter-substrate, a negative liquid crystal layer including liquid crystal molecules, a retardation film attached to a surface of the array substrate, a first polarizer attached to the retardation film and having a first absorption axis, a second polarizer attached to a surface of the counter-substrate, and having a second absorption axis which is parallel to a direction of initial alignment of the liquid crystal molecules and perpendicular to the first absorption axis, a cover member located opposite to the second polarizer, and ultraviolet curing resin which bonds the second polarizer and the cover member to each other.

The present disclosure provides an atomization device, an aroma diffusion instrument, and an operation method. The atomization device includes an atomization chamber, a mixing chamber, a container, a repair cavity, a suction pump, and a gas pump; the atomization chamber is communicated with the mixing chamber through an atomization port; the suction pump is communicated with the container and the mixing chamber; the suction pump is used for pumping a substance in the container to the mixing chamber or pumping a substance in the mixing chamber back to the container; impurities in the mixing chamber can also be discharged from an opening of the repair cavity; the gas pump is connected with the mixing chamber to convey high-pressure gas to the mixing chamber; the high-pressure gas is used for atomizing liquid of the mixing chamber towards the atomization chamber; and the atomization chamber is provided with a mist outlet.

A hand cleaner foam dispenser with a first pump arrangement that discharges a first liquid and first air from the atmosphere through a first foam inducing member into a mixing chamber and a second pump arrangement that discharges a second liquid into the mixing chamber, and in which there is a simultaneous discharge of the first liquid, first air and the second liquid from the mixing chamber through an outlet foam inducing member to produce a foamed product delivered onto a person's hand. Preferably, the second pump arrangement may discharge not only the second liquid, but also second air drawn from the atmosphere and discharge the second liquid and the second air through a second foam inducing member into the mixing chamber.
