Distance indicators for medicinal spray devices
The present invention is directed to a spray applicator for spraying a tissue treatment medicant onto a tissue that has a container containing the medicant and is positioned at a proximal end of the spray applicator; a spray tip positioned at a distal end of the spray applicator; a cannula connecting the container with the spray tip; an actuatable dispensing mechanism at a proximal end of the applicator to express the medicant from the container through the cannula and through the spray tip toward the tissue; an optional pressurized gas source discharging a gas through the cannula in the vicinity of the spray tip or inside the spray tip; and a distance indicator that provides indicia of the distance between the spray tip and the tissue but does not prevent positioning the spray tip closer to the tissue than a defined distance for the distance indicator.
System for dispensing a mixture of a first product and a second product
A system for dispensing a mixture of a first product and a second product has a pump which presents a pump body that is intended to be connected to a bottle which contains the first product. The pump has a piston secured to a push button so as to be actuated in translatory motion in the body. The piston defines within the body a dosing chamber having a feeding inlet formed on a lower part of the body. The pump further has a lower check valve that is slidingly mounted in the dosing chamber between an upper opening position and a lower closing position of the feeding inlet. The system further has an additional container (attached to the body which is intended to contain the second product, an organ for opening the additional container being coupled with the check valve in order to, at least upon the first actuation of the pump, open the additional container by the movement of the lower check valve towards its closing position, the opening being configured for the mixing of the second product with the first product into the bottle.
SOLUTION MIXING AND DISPENSING CONTAINER SYSTEM HAVING A CARTRIDGE RELEASE MECHANISM
The present disclosure provides a new and innovative container system for mixing and dispensing a solution, such as a cleaning solution, that includes a container, dispenser, and a cartridge. The cartridge includes a reservoir containing a concentrated solution and a snap portion that closes the reservoir. The dispenser includes a sleeve that engages with the snap portion as part of a cartridge release mechanism to release the cartridge's concentrated solution into the container. As the dispenser's cap is tightened to the container, the dispenser's sleeve is forced downwards to engage the cartridge's snap portion and force the snap portion to disengage from the cartridge. The reservoir is therefore opened and its contents exit into the container's interior. As the dispenser's cap is disengaged from the container, the dispenser's sleeve is forced upwards, bringing the snap portion back to the cartridge and closing the reservoir.
Aerosol container fixing plate
The fixing plate for an aerosol container includes: an outer wall 12 that covers a mounting cup 4 except an opening 11 exposing two stems 6 and abuts on an upper face of an annular rim 5; a cylindrical wall 16 integrally connected to the outer wall 12 on a lower side thereof and surrounding the annular rim 5; and an engaging claw 16a engaging the annular rim 5, wherein a positioning wall 13 is provided at the opening 11, the positioning wall having an inner circumferential shape following an outer circumferential surface of a projection 7 that protrudes from the mounting cup 4, with the two stems 6 being bound together, and that has a non-circular cross-sectional shape with long sides and short sides.
Two-part fluid delivery systems
Exemplary dispensers, pumps and refill units for dispensing a liquid soap and concentrate mixtures are disclosed herein. An exemplary foam dispenser system includes a foamable liquid container, a concentrate container, an air source for providing pressurized air and a mixing chamber. One or more liquid conduits place the contents of the foamable liquid container in fluid communication with the mixing chamber. One or more air passages place the air source in fluid communication with the mixing chamber. An outlet conduit out of the mixing chamber is also provided. One or more concentrate conduits place the contents of the concentrate container in fluid communication with one of the liquid conduits, the air conduits, the mixing chamber and the outlet conduit. Mix media located within the outlet conduit.
DEVICE FOR DISPENSING A SUBSTANCE AND A LIQUID
In one embodiment, a device for dispensing a substance and a liquid is disclosed. The device includes a container having a top end opposing a bottom end. The top end comprises an opening and the bottom end defines a bottom wall. The container defines a compartment adapted to receive a substance. An upper portion of the container is the adapted to be covered by a cap. The device includes a cap having a mouth for covering an upper portion of the container. The cap also includes a cavity adapted to receive a spray bottle. A spray opening on the cap allows fluid to pass through the cap. The device also includes a spray bottle. The spray bottle is adapted to be received by and held within the cavity of the cap. The spray bottle is refillable and adapted to spray a fluid through a spray hole and through the spray opening on the cap.
DEVICE FOR NASAL DELIVERY OF FLUID PRODUCT
A nasal fluid dispenser device comprising: a body (10) comprising a hollow sleeve (11) and a top surface (15); and an actuator member (40) that is mounted to slide in said body (10) so as to actuate the device; the device further comprising two nasal extensions (20, 30), at least one of which forms a dispenser head provided with a respective dispenser orifice (21, 31), said nasal extensions extending from said top surface (15), each dispenser head being connected, during actuation, to a respective reservoir (50) that is arranged in said body (10), said two nasal extensions (20, 30) forming an angle lying in the range 30° to 60° relative to a longitudinal central axis (A) of said body (10).
SPRAY DEVICES INCLUDING SIDE-BY-SIDE SPRAY TIPS HAVING FLUID PATHWAYS WITH SWIRL CHAMBERS FOR DISPENSING TWO FLUIDS THAT CHEMICALLY REACT TOGETHER
A spray device includes side-by-side spray tips that are spaced from one another at a distal end of the spray device. A first spray tip has a first fluid pathway defining a first flow area. The first fluid pathway has a first swirl chamber having an outer perimeter and flutes having inner ends that direct a first fluid into the outer perimeter of the first swirl chamber for rotating the first fluid in a circular pattern. A second spray tip has a second fluid pathway that defines a second flow area that is larger than the first flow area. The second fluid pathway has a second swirl chamber having an outer perimeter and flutes having inner ends that direct a second fluid into the outer perimeter of the second swirl chamber for rotating the second fluid in a circular pattern.
