When a cosmetic material is stored for several months, even in the case where hydrogen is contained in the cosmetic material at the beginning, hydrogen is gradually effervesced from the cosmetic material and after a certain time period has passed, the anti-oxidant effect cannot be maintained. Therefore, to solve this problem, a hydrogen-enriched cosmetic material container has hydrogen encapsulated in a bag formed of a hydrogen permeable sheet; then placing the hydrogen bag together with a liquid cosmetic material into a soft case formed of a flexible and hydrogen impermeable sheet, and then connecting a manually operable pump member for dispensing the liquid cosmetic material in the soft case through an opening of the soft case in an airtight manner.

A two-component piston for a cartridge includes a piston cover and a piston body. The piston cover has a radially extending attachment portion, a rear side and a front side. The piston body includes a front side and a rear side. The rear side of the piston cover is arranged adjacent to at least a part of the front side of the piston body and includes a valve member configured and arranged to be received within the piston body and to extend into the piston body towards the rear side of the piston body. The piston cover moves relative to the piston body upon actuation of the valve member, and the piston cover is non-releasably connected to the piston body by a part of the piston body being overmolded to the radially extending portion of the attachment portion of the piston cover.

A dual chamber bottle includes a doser for mixing and dispensing two liquids. The bottle holds a first bulk liquid in a bulk chamber. The bottle holds a second additive liquid in a cartridge. The first and second liquid are segregated from each other. The doser is provided to dose the additive liquid into the bulk liquid. The second liquid is an additive that enhances a quality of the first liquid. The bulk chamber can be squeezed to dispense the bulk liquid out of the bottle while introducing the additive liquid to the bulk liquid in the process of dispensing.

A spray device includes a first spray tip having a first fluid pathway defining a first flow area, and a second spray tip includes a second fluid pathway that defines a second flow area that is larger than the first flow area of the first spray tip. The first and second spray tips are side-by-side and spaced from one another at a distal end of the spray device. When a first fluid having a volumetric flow rate is introduced into the first spray tip and a second fluid having the same volumetric flow rate is introduced into the second spray tip, the first fluid will flow through the first fluid pathway at a greater velocity than the second fluid will flow through the second fluid pathway.

A hand cleaner foam dispenser with a first pump arrangement that discharges a first liquid and first air from the atmosphere through a first foam inducing member into a mixing chamber and a second pump arrangement that discharges a second liquid into the mixing chamber, and in which there is a simultaneous discharge of the first liquid, first air and the second liquid from the mixing chamber through an outlet foam inducing member to produce a foamed product delivered onto a person's hand. Preferably, the second pump arrangement may discharge not only the second liquid, but also second air drawn from the atmosphere and discharge the second liquid and the second air through a second foam inducing member into the mixing chamber.

A liquid dispenser for dispensing a cosmetic or pharmaceutical liquid produced by mixing two starting liquids. The liquid dispenser has at least two liquid reservoirs for holding the two starting liquids and a discharge opening, and at least one pump device by which liquid can be delivered from the liquid reservoirs to the discharge opening. The dispenser has one intake opening for removing the liquid, via the at least one pump device, at one end of each liquid reservoir, and one intake tube extending from the intake opening to a bottom end of each liquid reservoir. A dispensing system includes a container containing a flowable base formulation to be dispensed, an additive mixing device, and an actuable pump engine which draws the flowable base formulation from the container and pumps it through the mixing device. The additive mixing device includes a body with an internal cavity, an additive ingredient within the cavity, and a flow path/mixing chamber between an input and an output. With each pump of the device the additive ingredient is introduced into, and mixed with, a flow of the base formulation traveling through the mixing device. Multiple additive mixing devices may be interchangeable for different formulations, and the mixing devices may be refillable.
