Disposable nasal and eye wash dispenser
An apparatus for rinsing sinuses or eyes, comprising a hand crushable container containing saline solution, and a dispenser configured to make a liquid tight seal with the container at one end, and a liquid tight seal with a nostril or an eye socket at the other end.
EYE WASH STATION INSPECTION GUARD
As a part of routine maintenance and testing, one must ensure that eye wash stations have access to clean water that flows appropriately and at the proper water pressure. Testing appropriate water flow and water pressure is messy. The inspection splash guards of the instant invention minimize water from splashing outside a wash basin area and are transparent to ensure proper visualization during eye wash station maintenance and testing.
COMBINATION EMERGENCY WASH AND FAUCET UNIT
A combination emergency wash and faucet unit includes a base, an emergency wash arm pivotally coupled to the base, and a spout pivotally coupled to the base. The emergency wash arm includes an emergency wash unit that is rotatable relative to the base about a first vertical axis. The spout is rotatable relative to the base about a second vertical axis. The first vertical axis is offset from the second vertical axis.

Eyelid care appliance
Disclosed herein is an improved eyelid care appliance and method of using such appliance for preventing and treating blepharitis and mammalian meibomian gland dysfunction caused by gland obstruction. The method and apparatus of the invention enable restoration and maintenance of eyelid hygiene and the natural flow of secretions from the meibomian glands. A preferred embodiment of the apparatus has an oscillating brush head affixed to the distal end of the eyelid care appliance. The brush head can be impregnated with topical pharmacologic or cleansing agents to better facilitate cleaning and therapeutic efficacy.

PASSIVE WATER COOLER
A passive water cooler comprising a water tank arranged for containing a volume of water, an internal heat exchanger disposed within the water tank for contact with (e.g. submersion within) said volume of water and an external heat exchanger disposed outside the water tank in thermal communication with the internal heat exchanger. The external heat exchanger and the internal heat exchanger are connected and arranged to collectively define a fluid circulation circuit configured to contain coolant fluid flowable by convection to provide said thermal communication for transferring heat therebetween. The tank comprises thermally insulating material for thermally insulating said volume of water from the environment within which the external heat exchanger resides. The external heat exchanger is arranged to be positioned higher than the internal heat exchanger to permit formation of a thermocline within the coolant fluid between the external heat exchanger and the internal heat exchanger.
