SURFACE TREATMENT APPARATUS AND SURFACE TREATMENT METHOD
A surface treatment apparatus for subjecting a workpiece immersed at least partly in a solution to a surface treatment has: a spray nozzle facing the workpiece for spraying a treatment solution towards a working surface of the workpiece. The surface treatment apparatus has at least one of: a spray nozzle rotator to rotate the spray nozzle in a plane parallel to the working surface of the workpiece; or a workpiece rotator to rotate the workpiece in a plane perpendicular to a spraying direction of the treatment solution sprayed from the spray nozzle.
Coating apparatus
A transfer and coating apparatus transfers a component from a conveyor to a coating station for application of a coating. The transfer apparatus includes a mast that can move about orthogonal axes in a horizontal plane and a mast having a carriage that can move vertically. The carriage includes a hook that swings about a horizontal axis relative to the mast for movement of the component in the horizontal direction. A sway bar extends between the hook and component to inhibit movement about a horizontal axis. The component is delivered to an upper compartment of a coating apparatus where it can be lowered in to a lower compartment containing coating material. Excess coating material is removed by an array of nozzles in the upper compartment as the component is raised from the coating material.

METHOD AND DEVICE FOR REMOVING COATING ON COATED PLASTIC ARTICLE
A method and a device for removing a coating on a coated plastic article allow highly efficient removal of a coating from a coated plastic article and recovery of a base after coating removal and a remover. A method for removing a coating on a coated plastic article with a remover includes shredding the article into pieces, immersing the pieces in the remover heated to a second temperature, heating the remover to a first temperature, and stirring the pieces with the heated remover. The remover includes at least one monohydric lower alcohol selected from methanol, ethanol, propanol, and 1-butanol, and swells the base, the coating, or both. The first temperature is not lower than 25 C. and not higher than a temperature 10 C. lower than a boiling point of the remover. The second temperature is not higher than an upper limit of the first temperature.

Device and method for treating the surfaces of moulded parts
A device and method is provided for treating surfaces, in particular for colouring moulded parts, said device comprising a container for receiving moulded parts and a first cover. The container can be closed, preferably, by using the first cover. A system is also provided for introducing liquid and/or powdery surface treatment agents into an inner chamber of the closed container. The system comprises a capsule in which the surface treatment agents which are to be introduced are accommodated.

Turbulence-reducing device for stirring a surface treatment solution
A surface treatment device includes at least one paddle in a plate shape, in a surface treatment tank, for stirring a surface treatment solution near a substrate by reciprocally moving the paddle with respect to the substrate. The paddle is configured by integrally forming multiple square bars provided in a depth direction or a horizontal direction of the surface treatment solution at regular intervals along the substrate. A liquid draining member for draining a liquid is arranged in at least one side of an end of the paddle.
