Systems for printing solder paste and other viscous materials at high resolution
Systems and methods in which dot-like portions of a material (e.g., a viscous material such as a solder paste) are printed or otherwise transferred onto an intermediate substrate at a first printing unit, the intermediate substrate having the dot-like portions of material printed thereon is transferred to a second printing unit, and the dot-like portions of material are transferred from the intermediate substrate to a final substrate at the second printing unit. Optionally, the first printing unit includes a coating system that creates a uniform layer of the material on a donor substrate, and the material is transferred in the individual dot-like portions from the donor substrate onto the intermediate substrate at the first printing unit. Each of the first and second printing units may employ a variety of printing or other transfer technologies. The system may also include material curing and imaging units to aid in the overall process.

A treatment system, including a conveyor bed configured to transport a plurality of products; a brushing device located along the conveyor bed and having one or more brushes that include a first antimicrobial compound; a surface treatment device including a lamp configured to emit light of a peak wavelength directed toward a portion of the conveyor bed; and a coating device configured to deliver a coating mixture onto the plurality of products on the conveyor bed.
Coating applicator machine for a pipeline
An applicator machine and a process for heating and coating a section of pipeline. The applicator machine includes a frame configured to rotate about a section of pipeline to be heated and coated, rotating means operable to rotate the frame, and coating material applicators induction coils and radiant heaters mounted on the frame and rotatable therewith. The induction coil is configured to heat a section of pipeline adjacent to the induction coil to a coating material application temperature. The radiant heaters are configured to heat factory-applied coatings. Each coating material applicator sprays coating material through an aperture in a respective induction coil. The applicator includes an enclosure configured to surround a section of pipeline and provision for evacuating and collecting waste coating material. The coating material applicator may be configured to spray powder coating material, such as fusion bonded epoxy powder material and/or chemically modified polypropylene powder material.

VOLATILE ORGANIC COMPOUND RECOVERY DEVICE AND RECOVERY METHOD
A recovery device for a volatile organic compound is a device for recovering the volatile organic compound in a coating drying oven which dries a coating film of a workpiece coated with a water-soluble coating. The coating drying oven includes: an evaporation zone in which moisture of the workpiece is evaporated; and a curing zone to cure the coating film. The recovery device includes: a first take-out passage for taking out first furnace air in the evaporation zone; a second take-out passage for taking out second furnace air in the curing zone; a mixing chamber configured to mix the first furnace air and the second furnace air to obtain mixed air; and a cooling recovery unit configured to cool the mixed air and recover, as a condensate, the volatile organic compound contained in the mixed air, together with the moisture.
Device for lacquer transfer
A device for lacquer transfer is disclosed including a frame, a transfer roller with a circumferential lateral wall, and a nozzle for dispensing lacquer, wherein the nozzle is connected to the frame, wherein an outside contact surface of the lateral wall comprises several depressions, wherein the transfer roller is mounted rotatably about an axis of rotation at the frame, wherein the nozzle is arranged contactless to or in direct contact with the outside contact surface of the lateral wall for dispensing lacquer into respective depressions in the lateral wall while the transfer roller is rotated about the axis of rotation, and wherein the transfer roller is configured to roll with the outside contact surface on a work surface of a work piece for transferring the lacquer from the depressions to the work surface of the work piece.
Dip coating apparatus for coating medical assist device
This application relates to a dip coating apparatus for coating a medical assist device such as a catheter or guidewire to a uniform thickness. The apparatus includes a casing and a coating booth disposed in the casing and containing a coating fluid. The apparatus also includes an elevating member vertically movable in the casing and configured to hold an upper end of each of medical assist devices so that the medical assist devices can be hung. The apparatus further includes a position adjusting member for adjusting the height of the elevating member, and a controller for controlling operation of the position adjusting member. The coating booth includes a coating unit having the same length as each medical assist device and a hopper-shaped guide unit that guides a bundle of the medical assist devices to be inserted into the coating unit when the guide unit contacts the medical assist devices.
