Ischemic training apparatus and method
An apparatus and method for ischemic muscle training or recovery provides coordinated blood flow restriction and electrical muscle stimulation. The apparatus includes a blood flow occluding element for restricting blood flow to a target muscle or muscle group in a user, and measuring resting systolic blood pressure (SBP). The apparatus also includes an electrical muscle stimulator including at least one electrode and a control unit which, upon activation, sends low amplitude electric pulses through the target muscle or muscle group forcing the targeted muscle to contract while the blood flow is restricted.
ACOUSTIC THERAPY DEVICE
The present disclosure provides a system for delivery of therapeutic energy. The system includes an energy unit configured to convert the acoustic energy signals transmitted to therapeutic ultrasound directed to fragment tumors and carcinogenic tissue in the body. The system also includes an energy unit configured to convert the acoustic energy signal transmitted from the energy unit to ultrasonic energy to image and monitor the treatment site with ultrasound. The system also includes a control unit including a computer for data storage and display.
PHYSICAL STIMULATION DEVICE
A physical stimulation device is disclosed. A device having a main body and an elevated section has a semi-open cavity over the main body formed by two or more flexible members of the elevated section. The configuration of the semi-open cavity allows the device to be used either to stimulate areas of the human anatomy pressed into or against it, or to simulate areas of human or nonhuman anatomy for entertainment and physical stimulation purposes. Various improvements such as vibration, temperature control, and interactive sensors are also disclosed.
Methods for determining fluidic flow configurations in a pool system
One aspect of the invention provides a computer-implemented method for controlling a swimming pool or spa system. The computer-implemented method includes: creating a data structure representing a plurality of swimming pool system components and fluidic connections between subsets of the plurality of swimming pool system components; receiving a request to control one or more of the plurality of swimming pool system components; calculating fluidic flows through the plurality of swimming pool system components based on one or more potential configurations of the plurality of swimming pool system components capable of fulfilling the request; and detecting whether the one or more potential configurations result in unsatisfactory conditions.
Compression garment apparatus
A compression garment apparatus for a body part of an human and/or animal having a flexible backing, attaching means, a segmented flex frame, and a shape memory alloy on the segmented flex frame. The shape memory alloy can be connected to two terminals on the frame forming a circuit. A controller can be connected to the terminals applying current to the shape memory alloy at defined intervals providing intermittent, sequenced, or continuous compression therapy.
Mutual stimulation device
A method of providing sexual stimulation between first and second penises includes the steps of providing a body including first and second openings on a front face, wherein first and second channels extend into the body from the first and second openings, respectively, along first and second longitudinal axes, respectively, that tend toward each other within the body, wherein the first and second channels partially merge to form a chamber; inserting a first penis and a second penis into each of the first and second openings, respectively, such that the penises contact each other within the chamber of the body; and inserting the penises further into the chamber such that the penises move along the respective longitudinal axes and contact the inside surface of the chamber such that an underside of each penis is in contact with the other.
Pneumatic physiotherapy apparatus with a unique structure
A pneumatic physiotherapy apparatus with a unique structure comprising a wrap and an operating unit: wherein a wrap includes at least an outer wrap, an inner component housing, and an inner air bladder set; the operating unit is fixed to the outer wrap; the operating unit is also connected to the inner component housing; and the inner component housing is hidden inside the wrap. In addition, the apparatus can also have the operating unit operate an inflation motor and an integrated control board. The apparatus uses an inner air bladder set wherein each air bladder is inflatable. The apparatus can also contain a solenoid valve and a pressure detection valve. This design hides bulky components and eliminates connecting brackets. Therefore, this apparatus is a unique structure that allows a user to experience the extraordinary beauty of pneumatic physiotherapy apparatuses.
SYSTEM, APPARATUS, AND METHOD FOR CONTROLLING DEVICES BASED ON ACCUMULATION OF INPUT
A system is disclosed. The system has an accessory control module, comprising computer-executable code stored in non-volatile memory, a memory for storing instructions and a processor for executing the instructions, a user device of a user, and an accessory configured to communicate with the user device. The accessory control module, the memory and the processor, the user device, and the accessory are configured to accumulate receipt of one or more input parameters, determine whether an accumulation satisfies a preset condition, wherein the preset condition includes at least one of a preset receiving quantity of the one or more input parameters, a preset receiving sum of values of the one or more input parameters, or a preset time duration of the accumulation, and in response to the accumulation satisfying the preset condition, send a control signal to actuate the accessory to perform a series of predefined acts, wherein the series of predefined acts is configured to sexually stimulate the user.
METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR REGULATING CORE BODY TEMPERATURE
A method for maintaining and/or increasing body temperature of a patient may involve delivering heat to a first location on a limb of the patient, delivering heat to a second location on the limb, apart from the first location, and applying intermittent compression to a third location on the limb, located between the first location and the second location. A device for maintaining and/or increasing body temperature of a patient may include a sleeve for positioning over at least part of one of the patient's limbs, first and second heat delivery members coupled with the sleeve, and an intermittent compression member coupled with the sleeve between the first and second heat delivery members.
Handheld roller
The present invention is a handheld roller having at least two units that can spin around while the handheld roller is flipped or rotated to occupy, entertain and soothe the user. The handheld roller can also be applied to other parts of the body, including the other hand; placed on the floor or other surface and body part rolled against it.
