Fluid product dispensing device
A fluid dispenser device having a body (1) with a dispenser orifice (2) and a perforator element (4), the body containing a reservoir (10) with at least two doses of fluid and having a proximal axial opening closed by a membrane (30) and a distal axial opening closed by a piston (20) to dispense one dose of fluid on each actuation. The reservoir is axially movable relative to the body between a rest position in which said perforator element does not pass through the membrane and a dispensing position in which the perforator element passes through the membrane. A perforator spring (6) is provided to urge the reservoir towards the rest position, and the membrane is adapted to close after each actuation, when said perforator element withdraws from the reservoir.
Installation of small form factor fibers at user premises
A guide tool device for an optical fiber or cord includes a tool base that mounts on an adhesive syringe. A cord guide head has a flat leading edge, a key removably insertable into a keyway in the tool base, a guide channel for guiding a fiber toward the leading edge, and a tube for receiving an adhesive. An opening in the guide channel communicates adhesive from the tube into the channel, for applying the adhesive along a fiber while it is guided toward the leading edge on the guide head. A fitting is arranged to connect in sealing relationship with a distal end of the syringe, and a flexible tubing is connected between the fitting and the other end of the tube on the cord guide head. When urged toward the distal end of the syringe, the adhesive is communicated into the guide channel in the cord guide head.
PACKAGING TO FACILITATE HEAT TRANSFER FOR MATERIALS
Systems and methods for a container for decreasing the thawing time for a liquid, gel or other fluid material is described herein. The systems can include a container with a body. The body can include a cavity with a dispensing nozzle and a plunger disposed within the cavity. The body can further include one or more channels separate from the cavity. The channel(s) increases the rate of heat transfer associated with the container and, thus, increases the cooling or heating rate of the material within the container.
Syringe filled with resin composition and storage method therefor
There are provided a syringe filled with a resin composition and a storage method thereof. According to the syringe and the storage method, mixed air, which causes the resin composition to be intermittently discharged from the syringe, is suppressed. The syringe filled with the resin composition includes a syringe, a resin composition filling the syringe, and a plunger. The resin composition contains voids. The ratio of the volume of the voids relative to the volume of the resin composition is 1.0 ppm by volume to 520 ppm by volume. The voids have a maximum diameter of 2,500 m or less.

TIP AND DEVICE FOR APPLYING AND SPREADING A LIQUID, GEL OR PASTE PRODUCT
The invention concerns an application tip for a device for applying and spreading a liquid, gel or paste product on a given surface configured to allow a volume of product to be transformed and spread over a surface according to a predetermined calibration (C) comprising, internally, a flow control means, internally, at least one buffer volume, means for controlled dispersion of the product, and a device for applying and spreading a liquid, gel or paste product on a given surface comprising means for storing the product and an application tip according to the invention
Telescoping Syringe with One-Way Valve
A telescoping syringe suitable for use with medications and other materials is presented. The telescoping syringe includes a valve, a plunger, and a barrel. The valve further includes a barrier, an outlet(s) through the barrier, and an annular extension extending from the barrier. The plunger further includes an inlet(s) and a first side wall with a proximal wall. The barrel includes a second side wall with a distal wall at one end and an open end at another end. The plunger is extendable from and retractable into the barrel at the open end via slidable engagement between first and second walls. The valve directly contacts one end of the first wall so that an annular flange slidingly engages an annular groove. The valve and the barrel slidingly contact the plunger so as to open and to close the inlet(s) and/or the outlet(s). The inlet(s) in the open position permits gas to enter a first reservoir within the plunger as fluid is transferred from the first reservoir through the outlet(s) in the open position to a second reservoir within the barrel.
Dispenser
A dispenser can prevent leakage of contents from a nozzle tip when stopping discharging the contents. A dispenser includes: a syringe body that has a filled space of contents, and has a discharge hole at a tip thereof; a plunger that is slid in the syringe body by application of a pushing force, to discharge the contents in the filled space from the discharge hole; and a piston that is formed of an elastic material and located at a tip part of the plunger, wherein a gap is formed between an inner peripheral surface of the syringe body and an outer peripheral surface of the piston, when the plunger is pushed, the piston deforms to narrow the gap, and a back leakage risk (=(gap area/final discharge hole area)) after the deformation of the piston is 0 or more and less than 1.
Syringe with piston assembly
A syringe assembly contains a fluid material, preferably two reactive fluid materials. The syringe assembly includes a syringe body having at least one barrel and a piston assembly movable within the barrel. An activatable plunger is in contact with the piston assembly effects dispensing movement of the piston assembly. The piston assembly includes an outer piston in sealed engagement with the barrel and an inner piston in sealed engagement with the outer piston. The inner piston is movable within the outer piston with and against the bias of a spring to maintain the inner piston in contact with the reactive material in the barrel upon thermal expansion and contraction of the reactive material.
Caulking gun
A caulking gun includes a push disk, a push rod, an adhesive cartridge compartment, a trigger and a gun body; the trigger is hingedly coupled to the middle part of the gun body; the rear end of the push rod is outside the gun body and provided with a braking device; the front end is in the adhesive cartridge compartment through the gun body and provided with a push disk; a push piece for driving the push rod is mounted in the gun body; the front end of the push piece is provided with a return spring; the trigger is provided with a pin position switching device for adjusting the propulsion ratio by adjusting the contact position of the push piece; adjustment of different propulsion ratios enables the caulking gun to be multifunctional to meet the construction requirements of different adhesives.
