BATTERY POWERED DISPENSER FOR ONE AND TWO COMPONENT FOILS AND CARTRIDGES
An assembly for a dispenser includes a front plate having a first tube aperture configured for securably receiving a tube within the aperture, the tube being configured to receive a container having a flowable material; a release assembly disposed on the front plate having first and second members hingingly movable about a hinge portion on each of the first and second members for partially covering the first tube aperture when the first and second members are in a closed position and for uncovering the aperture when the first and second members are in an open position. A combination includes a dispenser and the assembly releasably secured to the discharge gun. A kit includes a container having a flowable material; the dispenser having plunger; and the assembly releasably secured to the discharge gun.
Spray Applicator
A spray applicator assembly discharges distributable product from a cartridge using low air pressure. The cartridge is held captive between a piston advancing from the rear to expel contents and a nozzle snugly attached at the front to receive expelled contents and to convert the contents into droplets by subjecting the contents to an array of focused high velocity air streams. The nozzle has an open barrel design and is able to discharge a variety of liquid or viscous distributable product without readjustment, other than resetting a proportioning valve in the low pressure air feed line. An air chamber immediately in front of the cartridge nose provides constant backpressure, which dominates to cleanly stop flow of distributable product into the nozzle whenever the piston stops advancing. When the piston resumes advancement, the flow restarts cleanly. Clean stopping and starting saves distributable product from waste. Variations in the distributable product might include, without limitation, a broad variety of materials including coating materials and combustibles.
Light-Curable Sealant Applicator
Methods, systems and apparatuses are disclosed for at least partially curing a light-curable material within a dispenser to obtain an at least partially-cured material and dispensing the at least partially-cured material to a substrate, while retaining substantially all of the light within the dispenser.
Quick-release structure for a grease gun
A quick-release structure for a grease gun includes: a cylinder including a peripheral wall and a fixing groove formed in an insertion section of the peripheral wall; the grease gun including an outer surface, an insertion hole, a slot formed in the outer surface and in communication with the insertion hole, the cylinder is inserted in the insertion hole and the fixing groove is aligned to the slot; a locking member inserted through the slot and into the fixing groove; a base fixed to the outer surface; an elastic member disposed between the base and the locking member; a press member including a press section and a drive section, the drive section is drivingly connected to the driven portion and to be pressed by a user; and a restricting member mounted on the base, and the press section of the press member leans against the restricting member.

Assembly for a carrier for carrying a caulk cartridge and caulking gun
A caulking gun includes a carrier for carrying a caulk cartridge, an assembly for the carrier, a gun body and a push rod. The assembly is for disposing between the gun body and the carrier and includes a seat portion and a spacing portion. The seat portion includes a seat wall for being connected between the gun body and the carrier. The spacing portion includes an annular projection portion configured to be abutted between the gun body and the carrier in a manner that the gun body and the carrier are rotatable relative to each other. The carrier is rotatably connected with the gun body through the assembly, and the carrier is rotatable relative to the annular projection portion. The push rod is movably connected to the gun body and disposed through the assembly, and extends into the carrier.
Grease Gun Cartridge Construction
A grease gun cylinder walled cartridge adapted for direct attachment to any of a variety of grease gun head constructions and grease pumping systems, wherein the cartridge wall can be of any color or completely clear and see through, wherein the grease column within the cartridge is pressured toward and through an inlet port in the gun head, which port opens on the section stroke of a piston mounted in said cylinder into a loading portion of a cylinder of the grease pumping system, and wherein the grease column pressuring means is ambient air pressure.
Dispenser for Storing and Advancing a Liquid
A dispenser with a transfer assembly is arranged to efficiently transfer a stored liquid from a reservoir in a body of the dispenser to an applicator. The transfer assembly includes an adapter, applicator base, piston and a bias member. The adapter is in contact with the body and has a central member with orifices to fluidly couple the applicator base to the reservoir. The applicator base is supported by and extends beyond the adapter. The applicator base forms a cavity for housing the piston and the bias member. A tubular member of the applicator base supports an applicator. The piston includes a passage that conveys the stored liquid from the cavity to the applicator. The bias member keeps the head of the piston against a surface of the central member. When stored liquid is under a pressure that exceeds a bias force, displacement of the piston, opens a seal.
Dispensing system, packaging system, package, closure system, dispensing gun system, method of making a package, and method of dispensing a product
The present invention includes a dispensing system for dispensing a packaged product, e.g. a condiment, including a pouch (60) having the product therein cooperates with a dispensing gun (30) to dispense a dose of product. In various aspects the invention includes a packaging system that includes a container (40) and a flexible package (50) with a frangible seal (70), and a flexible pouch (60); a dispensing assembly (100) for dispensing a product from the package; a dispensing gun system; a method of making a package; and a method of dispensing a product. The packaging system includes a container such as a rigid sleeve, and a flexible pouch positioned within the container interior, and also includes a valve that enables the product to exit the pouch interior and be dispensed. An optional diffuser coordinates with the valve to dispense product from one or more product outlets.
Device for applying adhesive and/or Sealant
A device for applying adhesive and/or sealant having a housing for receiving a container, said housing having the following: a receiving chamber for receiving the container; a closable application tip which is connected to the receiving chamber and through which the adhesive and/or sealant can be discharged; a stable casing for the receiving chamber; at least one region of the housing which is in the form of a deformable pressure region and which allows pressure to be exerted from the outside onto the container which can be placed in the receiving chamber.
