MATERIAL DISPENSING SYSTEM
20250214103 · 2025-07-03 ·

A device for dispensing viscous material out of a container having a nozzle and a movable cap, which comprises a housing that is configured to accommodate the container, a cutting-pushing element that comprises a push plate, a blade having a sharp edge, and a base having a recess is provided within the housing, and a force transmitting trigger coupled to the recess in the base to force the cutting-pushing element to move forward and backward. Forcing a movement of the force transmitting trigger inserts the push plate into the container while moving the movable cap to outwardly push the viscous material through the nozzle and to force the blade to lengthwise cut the container, while releasing the force transmitting trigger allows the cutting-pushing element and the container to move backwards. The device further comprises an improvement that comprises a stabilizer positioned between the blade and the push plate to assist in a stable backward movement of the container within the housing.

A dispenser for dispensing materials stored inside a cartridge includes a support sleeve, a receiving space to receive a cartridge in the support sleeve, a piston connected to a piston driving mechanism moveable through the receiving space to urge a material stored in the cartridge along a dispensing axis towards an outlet of the cartridge to dispense the material, a handle including a trigger to activate movement of the piston driving mechanism along the dispensing axis, the receiving space being formed by a frame, with the frame being configured to hold the support sleeve during dispensing, and the receiving space including a pivot mechanism to act between the frame and the support sleeve such that the support sleeve is capable of pivoting about a pivot axis aligned perpendicularly to the dispensing axis from a first position to a second position, and vice versa.

Dispenser

A dispenser for dispensing materials includes a dispenser body, a driving rod movable relative to the dispenser body and into the receptacle, a trigger lever having an actuation member for displacing the driving rod upon rotation of the trigger lever around a rotation axis, and a pivot member that rotatably connects the trigger lever to the dispenser body and defines the rotation axis. The pivot member is movably connected to the trigger lever such that a lever distance between the rotation axis and the actuation member changes upon movement of the pivot member relative to the trigger lever. The dispenser includes an adjustment mechanism for adjusting a mechanical advantage of the trigger lever by changing the lever distance and to adjustably fix the lever distance to at least a minimum distance and a maximum distance.
