A mixer element 4 which may be attached to a mouthpiece area 22 of a two-component cartridge is formed in one piece with a cover element 5. The cover element 5 closes an upper open side of a first wall section 201, which encloses an inner outlet volume of the mouthpiece area 22. A first filling substance of the cartridge passing the inner outlet volume is deflected by the cover element 5 and exits through radial openings 213 formed in the first wall section 201 into an outer outlet volume in order to mix with a second filling substance of the cartridge.
