A coupler is attached to the handle and is configured to connect to a fluid source. A nozzle is attached to the coupler and is configured to dispense the fluid to the bristles. The nozzle extends within the bristles and terminates at a position from the brush head that is less than one half the length of the bristles.

A dispenser for compound-containing containers includes a receiving chamber for a container; at least one push rod displaceable relative to the receiving chamber; a motor for moving the at least one push rod; a control unit for controlling the motor; a main switch for activating the motor; an operation selection switch for switching between different operation modes; and a first sensor configured to detect a position or movement of the push rod. The operation selection switch is configured to select an amount of the compound to be dispensed in one application run. The dispenser will warn the user once the remaining amount of the compound in the container is less than the needed amount for next application, so that the user will notice the compound shortage and prepare an additional container before starting the next application. Accordingly, rework of cured chemical compounds will be avoided.

A disposable roof coating applicator includes a nozzle that is attached to a collar. The nozzle and collar are selectively attachable to a body that has an interior space and is formed by at least one side wall having an exterior wall and an interior wall. The coating applicator also includes a plunger that is movably disposed within the interior space of the body. The coating applicator may include a locking mechanism about the applicator's collar that selectively engages a stud provided on the body's exterior surface, selectively locking and unlocking the nozzle and collar assembly to the body. The disposable roof coating applicator is configured and otherwise designed to take in, store and transport approximately ½ to 2 gallons of viscous material to a roof seam before neatly and uniformly expelling the viscous material to the seam or joint.

A dispensable substance container may include a printing substance dispensing nozzle including a first material. The dispensable substance container an elongate body, including a wall, including a second material encompassing a cavity to contain a dispensable substance, and an attachment portion to attach the elongate body to the printing substance dispensing nozzle; and a structurally compromised portion of the elongate body extending along a length of the elongate body, wherein the elongate body and the attachment portion are to be severed along the structurally compromised portion by a pushrod moveable through the cavity to expel the dispensable substance out the dispensing nozzle.

A cap for receiving over an end of a flexible tube or chub. The cap comprises a hollow body member having a downwardly depending skirt and an opening through which material from within the flexible tube or chub can be extruded. Within the hollow body member is a hollow compartment that is in part defined by the skit and that receives the flexible tube or chub with the skirt sealingly received thereabout. Within the hollow compartment there is situated a plurality of cutters configured to pierce the flexible tube or chub upon compressing the flexible tube or chub into the cap. Upon the piercing of the flexible tube or chub, compressive force applied to the flexible tube or chub causes material therein to flow into the hollow compartment and through the opening.

A cutter is configured to be mounted to a push rod of a caulking gun. The push rod includes a pushing portion for pushing a container containing a caulking material and a rear end portion opposite to the pushing portion. The cutter includes: an assembling portion, configured to be mounted at the rear end portion of the push rod; and a cutting portion, connected with the assembling portion and including a cutting member. A caulking gun including the cutter is further provided.

A cartridge holder is capable of receiving a first type of cartridge and a second type of cartridge containing viscous material. The cartridges of the first type are different in size from the cartridges of the second type. The cartridge holder has a distal stop for receiving a dispensing end of the cartridges and a proximal receptacle for receiving a rear end of the cartridges. The receptacle is located opposite to the distal stop along a longitudinal axis of the cartridge holder and is movable along the longitudinal axis as well as spring loaded towards the distal stop. Furthermore, the receptacle is configured to contact the rear end of the first type of cartridges at a smaller distance from a rear end of the receptacle than the rear end of the second type of cartridges.
