A dispensing system includes a dispensing apparatus and a cartridge device. The dispensing apparatus has at least one receiving chamber for receiving the cartridge device, at least one dispensing device, a control device, a drive device and a power supply. The method includes inserting the cartridge device into the at least one receiving chamber; emitting at least one first signal from a signal generator of the cartridge device; receiving the at least one signal of the cartridge device by at least one sensor of the dispensing apparatus; transmitting a second signal from the sensor to the control device; transferring the drive device from a first operating mode into a second operating mode if the second signal corresponds to a value stored in the control device or if an algorithm stored in the control device verifies the second signal, or transferring the drive device into a third operating mode.

A system for dispensing a dental material comprises a cartridge from which the dental material is extrudable. The cartridge comprises a operating means and an interface for transmitting a cartridge output based on a user input. The system helps maximizing reliability and maximizing safety in operation for dispensing dental material.

The lip defines a blocking mouth, and the blocking mouth and the receiving space are open toward a same lateral side of the push member to form an open end. When a push plate of the push rod is disposed within the receiving space, the lip and the push plate are blockable with each other in the first direction.

A dispenser (1) suitable for delivery of a cream, gel or soft solid composition comprising: (vi) a convex applicator surface (6) at an upper end; (vii) a replaceable cartridge (12) containing a composition to be dispensed; (viii) a passageway between the cartridge and the applicator surface; (ix) a drive mechanism for forcing the composition from the cartridge through the passageway and onto the applicator surface; and (x) an outer body (3) containing features (ii) to (iv); the drive mechanism comprising a dial unit (4) and a plunger (47), rotation of the dial unit (4) in a first direction advancing the plunger (47) axially upwards, the plunger (47) acting upon a piston seal (8) at the base of the replaceable cartridge (12), thereby forcing the contained composition upwards and outwards through the passageway and onto the applicator surface (6); rotation of the dial unit (4) in a second direction, counter to the first, rotationally re-setting the dial unit (4) relative to the plunger (47) in readiness for a further advancement of the plunger (47), rotation in the second direction not causing significant axial movement of the plunger (47).
NOZZLE HAVING QUADRILATERAL OUTLET FOR VISCOUS MATERIAL DISTRIBUTION
A dispensing nozzle for viscous material having a modified outlet is disclosed herein. The dispensing nozzle includes a first terminal portion, a second terminal portion, and a medial portion defined therebetween. The first terminal portion includes an attachment region configured to secure the dispensing nozzle to a dispensing gun. The second terminal portion includes a dispensing tip defining the outlet for the viscous material. The outlet has a quadrilateral profile in one embodiment. In another embodiment, the outlet has a square profile.

This invention belongs to the field of construction. More specifically, it covers a device that is suitable for finishing and sealing the joints and openings of different surfaces. The device includes a base, which is conical in its essence. The base has a collar to connect the device to the gun of sealant of finishing material; a holder is integrated with the base at an angle, a movable smoothing pad with a carriage has been fitted in the holder, and the carriage is installed in a casing inside holder. In the working position, there is a space between the smoothing pad and the tip of the nozzle of the tube, so that the material which is applied from the tube to the surface can visually be monitored and thus the desirable quantity dosed during the performance of the works.
