Coating applicator and coating application system
A coating applicator that applies a coating or liquid to a variety of different substrates having different contoured surfaces is disclosed. A coating applicator of the present disclosure is able to reach, contact, and cover the entirety of a contoured substrate. In this manner, the coating applicator is able to transfer a coating to the entirety of the contoured substrate. Additionally, fluid application systems of the present disclosure include systems for advantageously providing a fluid to a fluid applicator.
STRAIGHT PAINT ROLLER AND CONTAINER
A paint roller is provided having a substantially linear profile and form factor facilitating access to spaces that would be difficult or impossible to paint using traditional paint rollers. A container is provided for use with the paint roller. A set comprising a paint roller having a substantially linear profile and container configured to accept the paint roller is provided.
Lotion dispensing assembly
A lotion dispensing assembly includes a canister that is foraminous to contain and subsequently release a fluid skin treatment. A first handle is rotatably attached to the canister which can be gripped by a user. A second handle is removably attachable to the canister which can be gripped by the user thereby facilitating the user to position the canister against their back to release the fluid skin treatment onto the user's back. A rotation unit is integrated into the canister to rotate the canister on the first handle to evenly apply the fluid skin treatment on the user's back. A heating element is integrated into the canister such that the heating element is in thermal communication with the canister to warm the fluid skin treatment in the canister when the heating element is turned on thereby enhancing comfort for a user.
METHODS AND APPARATUSES FOR FORMING LARGE-AREA CARBON COATINGS
In one aspect, methods of making a carbon coating are described herein. In some implementations, a method of making a carbon coating comprises applying a first adhesive material to a substrate surface to provide an adhesive surface; rolling a carbon source over the adhesive surface to provide a carbon layer on the adhesive surface; and rolling an adhesive roller over the carbon layer to remove some but not all of the carbon of the carbon layer to provide the carbon coating.

ROLLER CAP APPLICATOR AND ROLLER AXLE
The invention is a roller liquid compound applicator configured to attach to the threaded neck of a liquid supply container for the purpose of applying a coating of a liquid compound to a target surface, and includes: a U-shaped roller support frame including a substantially cylindrical dispenser coupling cap and a drip guard attached to the dispenser coupling cap, the dispenser coupling cap having a threaded cavity configured for mating with the threaded neck of the liquid supply container; and a liquid compound roller sleeve secured to the roller support frame.
Decorating rollers
A retention assembly for a hollow tubular decorating roller comprising a fixed mount member that is securable in use to a roller frame. The fixed mount member includes a first primary support formation and a first retention formation that extends radially beyond the first primary support formation. The retention assembly also includes a separable mount member that is selectively couplable with the fixed mount member. The separable mount member includes a second primary support formation and a second retention formation that extends radially beyond the second primary support formation. The first and second primary support formations are received, in use, by a respective end of a hollow tubular decorating roller. The first and second retention formations cooperate with one another while the separable mount member is coupled with the fixed mount member to in use retain a hollow tubular decorating roller therebetween.
FLUENT MATERIAL ROLLER FRAME AND SPINDLE ASSEMBLY
A fluent material roller spindle assembly includes a bearing and a chuck rotatably carried on the bearing about a rotational axis established by the bearing. The bearing includes a radially outer bearing surface and a radially inner bearing surface circumscribing the rotational axis, an axially outboard bearing end, and an axially inboard bearing end. The chuck includes a radially outer chuck surface and a radially inner chuck surface circumscribing the rotational axis, an axially outboard chuck end, and an axially inboard chuck end. A bearing portion of the radially inner chuck surface is carried on a corresponding chuck portion of the radially outer bearing surface. A fluent roller frame includes a handle, the spindle assembly, and a wire having a handle portion coupled to the handle, a spindle shaft on which the spindle assembly is rotatably mounted, and an offset portion between the handle portion and the spindle shaft.
LIQUID APPLICATOR ASSEMBLY WITH DUAL ROLLERS
An applicator roller assembly supports two roller sleeves for applying a liquid to a surface, such as painting a wall. The assembly has a rigid frame supporting first and second shaft members rotatably on the frame so that the shaft members mount the rollers sleeves thereon for rotation about first and second roller axes that are parallel to one another in a common roller plane. A handle body, that is arranged to be gripped in a hand of a user, extends along a handle axis in fixed orientation relative to the rigid frame such that the handle body extends transversely to the common plane of the first and second roller axes. The rigid connection between the handle body and the location of the roller axes on the rigid frame enables the user to controllably vary the amount of pressure applied to the surface by either one of the roller sleeves.
