SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR WIRELESSLY CONTROLLED STIMULATION
A system for providing stimulation is provided configured for wireless communication sufficient to control a stimulator when the stimulator is positioned between the bodies of two users. The system includes a stimulator configured for positioning proximate to erogenous areas of two users, providing physical stimulation to the two users by way of the erogenous areas the two users, and wirelessly receiving one or more control signals controlling one or more characteristics of the provided physical stimulation; and a remote controller configured for wirelessly transmitting the one or more control signals to the stimulator, the remote controller adapted for transmitting electronic signals representative of the one or more control signals using a wireless frequency capable of maintaining a quality of signal sufficient to control operation of the stimulator during transmission through organic tissue of both of the users.
MULTI-FUNCTIONAL AIRBAG
A multi-functional airbag comprises a main body, a front side of the main body is provided with an opening, a rear side of the main body opposite to the opening is provided with a functional cavity to install a functional assembly, a left air chamber and a right air chamber communicated with each other are symmetrically configured at two sides of the main body, and the functional assembly is installed in the functional cavity. While in use, the air chambers are inflated, as a result the main body is inflated to enable to clamp two sides of the human neck; while not in use, the air chambers are deflated to reduce the volume to make it portable. Meanwhile, massage functioning members are configured to massage the acupuncture points by vibration therapy, pulse therapy, heat therapy, infrared light therapy, and/or magnet therapy, and the therapy effect is obvious.
Multi-Use Stretching and Exercising Device
The multi-use stretching and exercising device is comprised of a non-elastic strap, with removable comfort support pad and two affixed hand finger grip mounts. The strap having a left end and right end is affixed at the left end by a hand finger grip mount and at the right end by another hand finger grip mount. The device is capable of being set in motion in response to a force acting upon both opposing hand finger grip mounts while the strap with removable comfort support is in contact with the head, leg, arm or overhead structure.
Apparatus for Minimally-Invasive Prevention and Treatment of Hydrocephalus and Method for Use of Same
An apparatus for minimally-invasive, including non-invasive, prevention and/or treatment of hydrocephalus and method for use of the same are disclosed. In one embodiment of the apparatus, a housing is sized for superjacent contact with a skull having a fontanel. Within the housing, a compartment includes a pressure applicator, such as a fluid-filled bladder, under the control of a pressure regulator. The pressure applicator is configured to selectively apply an external pressure to the fontanel. The compartment includes a pressure sensor configured to measure intracranial pulse pressure of the fontanel. Further, in one embodiment, the apparatus can cause pulse pressure modulation by adjusting the intracranial pulse pressure via the pressure applicator. This enables a non-invasive measurement of the pulse pressure and modulation thereof in infants, for example.
EYE MASSAGER
An eye massager includes an eyeshade and a head band connected with the eyeshade. The eyeshade is provided with two massage boards, and the two massage boards are arranged symmetrically and move synchronously. The eyeshade includes an eyeshade casing, the two massage boards are located on an outer wall of an inner side of the eyeshade casing, and the eyeshade casing is provided therein with a driving assembly configured to drive the two massage boards. The driving assembly includes a motor, a gear assembly driven by the motor, a transmission shaft driven via the gear assembly, and two eccenter assemblies arranged at two ends of the transmission shaft respectively. The two massage boards are respectively fixed on the two eccenter assemblies, and are enabled to swing when being driven by the eccenter assemblies.
METHOD, DEVICE AND SYSTEM FOR PREDICTING AN EFFECT OF ACOUSTIC STIMULATION OF THE BRAIN WAVES OF AN INDIVIDUAL
A method, implemented by computer, for predicting an effect of an acoustic stimulation of the brain waves of an individual, the method including: acquisition of at least one measurement signal representative of a physiological signal of the individual, by a device for acoustic stimulation of brain waves that is suitable for being worn by the individual; analysis of the measurement signal by an artificial intelligence trained to predict the effect of an acoustic stimulation; and determination of whether an acoustic stimulation is to be performed by the device.
VIBRATION GENERATOR
The invention relates to the field of transducers, in particular linear vibration generators. It concerns a vibration generator, devices comprising such a vibration generator and a related treatment method.
A vibration generator comprising a mass, a coil, a permanent magnet and a housing, wherein the mass can be set in an oscillatory motion with respect to the housing by applying a current to the coil, and the vibration generator further comprising an axle, wherein the oscillatory motion is along the axle, and in that the mass comprises the permanent magnet and the coil is fixed to the housing.
Active comfort controlled bedding systems
Active comfort controlled bedding systems include a variable firmness control and/or variable climate control. The active comfort controlled bedding systems generally include a plurality of air bladders, each one of the plurality of air bladders includes a pressure sensor configured to measure pressure within a respective air bladder. A control unit configured to selectively operate a pump and valves to sequentially adjust a pressure in two or more of the plurality of the air bladders having an applied load of an end user thereon to provide a repeating pattern within the two or more plurality of the air bladders, wherein the repeating pattern is defined by a pressure increase and subsequent decrease in a selected one of the plurality of the air bladders followed by a pressure increase and subsequent decrease in a selected other one of the plurality of the air bladders to provide a massaging action.
Complementary Alternative Medicine Cold Compress Temple Massager
A temple massager including first and second flexible arcuate arms, each having a proximal portion connected to a handle and a distal portion, each of said distal portions having tip retention structure configured to capture and retain first and second pressure members; a selectively removable pressure member is disposed on each of the tip retention structures. The pressure members are fabricated from cold compress material and may include a compartment for containing a fluid or gel cold compress composition. A tension adjustment mechanism is disposed between the arcuate arms proximate the handle to adjust the spacing between the pressure members and thereby adjust pressure applied to a user's temples.
SUBCUTANEOUS TISSUE THERAPY TREATMENT METHOD
A subcutaneous tissue therapy treatment method uses a subcutaneous tissue therapy treatment device having a treatment device body that is formed of: a rod-shaped grip portion; a bifurcated treatment portion formed on a distal end of the grip portion; and a grasp portion formed on a rear end of the grip portion. The bifurcated treatment portion is formed by combining a lower protrusion positioned and an upper protrusion to each other. The upper protrusion and the lower protrusion stride over meridians between four zones formed by dividing a surface of a cranial bone.
