Air exhaust or air-and-smoke exhaust pipe for clean room and manufacturing method therefor
The present invention provides an air exhaust or air-and-smoke exhaust pipe for a clean room and a manufacturing method thereof. The air exhaust or air-and-smoke exhaust pipe is a pipe that satisfies FM4922, FM4910, or another equivalent standard and that is used for exhausting nonflammable chemical gas and corrosive vapor or nonflammable chemical gas, corrosive vapor and smoke in fire. The manufacturing method for the air exhaust or air-and-smoke exhaust pipe is: coating an inner part of a pre-manufactured metal pipe with a liquid coating that can be initially dried at normal temperature or low temperature to obtain an inner coating pipe; and baking the inner coating pipe at a temperature not exceeding 250° C. after the coating is initially dried, thus the coating is completely dried to obtain a finished product.
Thermosetting resin composition for coating metal thin film and metal laminate using the same
The present invention relates to a thermosetting resin composition for coating a metal film having high flowability and pattern-filling property and a metal laminate using the same.
COMPOSITION FOR APPLYING A MULTILAYER COATING ON A SUBSTRATE
A solvent borne coating composition comprising: from 15-40 wt. % of a polyester resin, from 5-15 wt. % of a guanamine formaldehyde resin having no polyester groups, from 22-72 wt. % solvents with a boiling point of 50-98° C. and a curing catalyst. The composition is advantageously used of the application of multiple coloured layers on a metal or metal alloy foil. After the application of the composition, the metal or metal alloy foil can be further processed.
Polymeric coatings for metal surfaces
Polymer compositions for coating of metal surfaces including moieties that interact with a metal atom in the metal surface and optionally containing antifoulant moieties. These polymer compositions provide lubricious coatings for medical devices, anticorrosion coatings for metal components, and antifoulant coatings for marine components such as propellers. The polymer composition is synthesized in a safe manner in which the synthesis components are added to a synthesis vat and there is no need for filtration or removal of waste materials in any step including the consumer use. As such this invention provides an environmentally sound approach to composition synthesis, formulation development, and consumer use.
Method for coating boron
The present application relates to a method for coating boron, to a boron-containing resin solution, to a boron-coated thermal neutron converter obtained by the method for coating boron, and further to a thermal neutron detector comprising the boron-coated thermal neutron converter. The method for coating boron as provided in the application is applicable for various substrates and has small restrictions on substrate shapes, particularly for substrates having complex surface structures and high aspect ratios.
SILICON HYDRAZIDO PRECURSOR COMPOUNDS
Provided are certain silicon precursor compounds which are useful in the formation of silicon-containing films in the manufacture of semiconductor devices, and more specifically to compositions and methods for forming such silicon-containing films, such as films comprising silicon, silicon nitride, silicon oxynitride, silicon dioxide, a carbon-doped silicon nitride, or a carbon-doped silicon oxynitride film.
COMPOSITION, POLYMER, AND METHOD OF PRODUCING SUBSTRATE
A method of producing a substrate includes: applying a composition on a metal basal plate to form a coating film; and forming a metal-containing layer on at least a part of the coating film. The composition contains a solvent, and a polymer having a first terminal structure and a second terminal structure in a single molecule. Each of the first terminal structure and the second terminal structure is at least one selected from the group consisting of a structure represented by formula (1) and a structure represented by formula (2). A.sup.1 and A.sup.2 each independently represent a monovalent group having a functional group capable of forming a chemical bond with a metal atom. L.sup.2 represents —S—, —NR—, or —NA.sup.22-, wherein A.sup.22 represents a monovalent group having a functional group capable of forming a chemical bond with a metal atom.

Multi-Functional Anti-Icing Hydrogel Materials and Methods for Controlling Ice Nucleation, Growth and Adhesion
Highly efficient, multi-functional anti-icing compositions and methods of their use are provided. Anti-icing compositions include hydrogels configured to form thin film coatings on various surfaces via spin coating under UV irradiation. Multifunctional anti-icing platforms are based on polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS)-grafted polyelectrolyte hydrogels. Methods for grafting hydrophobic polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) chains onto a hydrophilic polyelectrolyte network containing various counterions, forming a multifunctional hybrid anti-icing hydrogel are also provided.
Copper passivation
In a described example, a method for passivating a copper structure includes: passivating a surface of the copper structure with a copper corrosion inhibitor layer; and depositing a protection overcoat layer with a thickness less than 35 μm on a surface of the copper corrosion inhibitor layer.
