Device of cleaning brush

A cleaning brush comprising a carrier and a cleaning unit is provided. The cleaning unit comprises a plurality of cleaning beans set on a surface of the carrier in a spiral arrangement. A spiral coiling around the carrier from an end of the carrier to the other end is formed. A spiral curve path is formed to coil the carrier circumferentially by extendedly arranging the cleaning beans. Hence, the present invention uses the cleaning beans of the cleaning unit to be set on surface of the carrier. On rotating in a fixed direction, the spiral cleaning unit generates a flow field which not only comprises a vertical flow for an object to be cleaned but also a horizontal flow forming a parallel stream. Thus, dirt can be removed more easily than by using a traditional matrix cleaning device.

The battery topper includes a recessed portion for receiving at least part of the power tool, at least one terminal, and at least one induction coil disposed within the battery topper. The battery is removably coupled to the battery topper for inducing a current in the at least one induction coil. The power tool interacts with the terminal to supply stored power from the at least one induction coil, to a rechargeable battery in the power tool.

Wiping mechanism and substrate cleaning apparatus

A wiping mechanism is provided for wiping a substrate during transmission. The wiping mechanism comprises an upper wiping unit and a lower wiping unit moving back and forth for separately wiping an upper side and a lower side of the substrate. The moving directions of the upper wiping unit and the lower wiping unit are parallel to a loading plane for disposing the substrate and vertical to a transmission direction of the substrate, and the moving directions of the upper wiping unit and the lower wiping unit are opposite to each other, thereby to prevent the substrate being shifted due to wiping, to guarantee the effect of cleaning foreign particles from the surface of the substrate and to avoid scratching the surface of the substrate, to prevent the cleaning apparatus from being damaged, and to avoid affecting the substrate transmission. A substrate cleaning apparatus is also provided.

Spray bar design for uniform liquid flow distribution on a substrate

A spray manifold for a brush box is disclosed which includes an elongated body having a plurality of holes formed in a line along a direction parallel to a longitudinal axis of the body, a linear slot formed along a length of the body aligning with the line of the holes, a central bore formed along the length of the body and between each of the holes and the slot, and a cover disposed on the slot.

Device and method for automatically dry cleaning reflective panels

A parasitic cleaning system for cleaning the reflective surfaces of a heliostat is disclosed. The system includes a blade carriage assembly that cleans the surface by imparting a frictional force as the carriage assembly moves across the surface to be cleaned. A cleaner drive system controls the motion of the blade carriage assembly over the surface. A guide system connects the cleaner drive system to the blade carriage assembly. The cleaner drive system applies a spring force to move the blade carriage assembly upwardly. The same spring system controls the lowering of the blade assembly over the surface to be cleaned.

A grate cleaning device. The grate cleaning device is configured to wash grill grates. A pair of panels containing brush members are inserted into a housing. The panels are inserted so that the brush members on each panel face each other when they are inserted into the housing. The housing is liquid proof and configured to receive a liquid for cleaning therein. A grate device such as a grill grate can be inserted into the space between the pair of panels and slid in and out. The brush members act as an abrasive, cleaning debris from a grate such as a grill grate.

Dental implement and method of using the same

A dental implement for cleaning interproximal spaces and a method of use. The implement includes a sleeve with first and second ends and a bore defined therebetween. A stack of cartridges is insertable into the bore. Each cartridge includes a cleaning tip such as an interproximal brush. A cap may be engaged with the sleeve to protect the tip and keep it hygienic. The cartridges are progressively advanced along the bore to present their cleaning tip for use. A locking member secures the uppermost cartridge in place. Once used, a cartridge is removed from the sleeve and may be discarded or inserted into an opening to the bore in the sleeve's second end. The tip may be snapped off prior to insertion. The cartridge stack is drawn along the bore as the uppermost cartridge is removed or insertion of the spent cartridge will advance the cartridge stack along the bore.

Wire cleaning apparatus and method

A wire cleaning apparatus and method is provided, in which a wire cleaning apparatus includes a passive brush mechanism comprising a helical brush, the helical structure having a helical axis substantially coincident with path of a wire passing through the wire cleaning apparatus. The helical brush includes a plurality of first bristles generally oriented inwardly from the helical structure toward the wire, and the helical brush may be compressed or extended to adjust the inner diameter of the helical brush. The wire cleaning apparatus further comprises an active brush mechanism disposed around the wire and configured to rotate around the wire. The active brush mechanism comprises at least one cylindrical brush having a plurality of second bristles disposed on a cylindrical surface such that one or more of the plurality of second bristles impinge upon the wire. The at least one cylindrical brush having a cylindrical axis about which the at least one cylindrical brush is configured to rotate relative to the active brush mechanism.

Polishing chamber assembly

An apparatus, system, and method are disclosed for a polishing chamber assembly. An apparatus includes an inner drum positioned on a first axis and forming an inner chamber interior to the inner drum.
