Wiper system with variable sweep angle motor drive

A windshield wiper system for an aircraft is provided and includes a motor, an output shaft, a wrap spring and crank rocker mechanism (WSCRM) to which the motor and the output shaft are coupled and a controller. By way of the WSCRM, first directional rotation input to the WSCRM from the motor via a two-stage gear reduction is converted such that the output shaft drives wiper blade oscillation through a first sweep angle and second directional rotation input to the WSCRM from the motor is converted such that the output shaft drives wiper blade oscillation through a second sweep angle. The controller is configured to control the motor such that the first directional rotation is continuously or non-continuously input during first or second flight conditions, respectively, and the second directional rotation is continuously input during third flight conditions.

Ladder cleaning device and methods

Devices are methods are disclosed for a ladder cleaning device. The ladder cleaning device comprises a number of rings. The rings are adapted to be arranged around rungs of a ladder. A cord passes through a hole in each of said rings. The device further comprises at least one attachment device adapted for attaching said cord to the ladder. The ladder cleaning device may be in the form of a kit of parts to allow retrofitting on the ladder.

A roll cleaning device according to one example of the present invention comprises at least one knife, wherein the at least one knife comprises a cleaning part surrounding a target roll to be in contact with the outer circumferential surface of the target roll on which foreign substances are present, and an operating part, which is connected to the cleaning part, for moving the at least one knife along the circumferential direction on the outer circumferential surface of the target roll.

Paint scraper

A paint scraper includes a coupling member configured for attachment to one of a paint roller or extension pole, and a scraper body extending from the coupling member and having an angled forward surface terminating in a knife edge.

SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR CLEANING SENSOR ASSEMBLIES OF AN AGRICULTURAL HARVESTER

A system for cleaning sensor assemblies of an agricultural harvester includes an elevator assembly configured to convey harvested crop material, with the elevator including an elevator frame. Furthermore, the system includes a sensor assembly positioned within the elevator assembly, with the sensor assembly including a weigh plate coupled to the elevator frame such that the weigh plate and the elevator frame define a gap therebetween. The sensor assembly further includes a load sensor coupled between the elevator frame and the weigh plate such that the load sensor is configured to generate data indicative of a weight of the harvested crop material present on the weigh plate. Additionally, the system includes a cleaning device configured to remove debris from the gap.

LIDAR CLEANING SYSTEM

A LIDAR cleaning system includes an actuator configured to displace a first connecting member along a predetermined direction. A housing substantially completely encloses the actuator and the first connecting member. A wiper unit includes a second connecting member. The first connecting member and the second connecting member are force-conductively connected to each other. The housing is at least partially arranged between the first connecting member and the second connecting member and the actuator is configured to displace the wiper unit along the predetermined direction via the first connecting element and the second connecting element to clean a sensor surface of a LiDAR sensor.

A manure scraping assembly includes a scraper that has a first portion forming an angle with a second portion. The scraper is positionable in a pushing position to push manure on the support surface. Conversely, the scraper is positionable in a pulling position to pull manure on the support surface. A handle is removably attached to the scraper and the handle can be gripped by a user thereby facilitating the scraper to be pushed or pulled. The handle angles upwardly at a substantially diagonal axis with respect to the first portion of the scraper when the scraper is positioned in the pushing position. Moreover, the handle angles upwardly at a substantially diagonal axis with respect to the second portion of the scraper when the scraper is positioned in the pulling position.
