CONTAINER WASH SYSTEM
A container washing system may include a wash system, a drying system, and a conveying system. The conveying system may include a series of rollers to provide a path for a container to pass through the wash system and the drying system. The wash system and drying system may be housed in a containment structure, which may be mounted to a trailer thereby allowing the container washing system to be portable. The wash system may include one or more water jets for spraying water at a container carried by the conveying system, and the drying system may include one or more air nozzles for directing moving air at the container carried by the conveying system. The conveying system may be motorized to automatically convey the container through the wash system and the drying system. The water may be reclaimed, filtered, and recirculated through the wash system.
Substrate processing apparatus and method of detecting indentation formed in substrate
A polishing device has a substrate stage which holds a substrate Wf, a processing head which processes a surface of the substrate Wf, an indentation detecting system which detects a position of an indentation in the substrate Wf, a movement mechanism which moves the processing head in a radial direction of the substrate stage, and a rotation mechanism which rotates the substrate stage, and the indentation detecting system has a fluid injection nozzle configured to inject a fluid to a circumferential edge portion of the substrate Wf when the substrate Wf is held on the substrate stage, a fluid measuring device which measures a physical quantity which is pressure or a flow rate of the fluid, and a position detector which detects the position of the indentation formed in the circumferential edge portion of the substrate Wf based on a change in physical quantity.
SUBSTRATE CLEANING METHOD, PROCESSING CONTAINER CLEANING METHOD, AND SUBSTRATE PROCESSING DEVICE
A substrate cleaning method includes: arranging a substrate within a processing container; spraying gas from a spray port of a gas nozzle arranged within the processing container; causing vertical shock waves, generated by spraying the gas from the gas nozzle, to collide with a main surface of the substrate; and removing particles adhering to the main surface of the substrate, by causing the vertical shock waves to collide with the main surface of the substrate.
METHOD FOR THE PRODUCTION OF SUPERABSORBENTS
A process for producing superabsorbent particles by polymerizing a monomer solution or suspension, comprising drying of the resultant aqueous polymer gel in an air circulation belt drier, grinding, classifying, and optionally thermal surface postcrosslinking, wherein the aqueous polymer gel is introduced into the air circulation belt drier by means of an oscillating conveyor belt, the underside of the revolving conveyor belt is freed of adhering polymer gel by means of at least one stripper device, and the underside of the revolving conveyor belt is sprayed with water.
Process for preparing sorptive substrates, and integrated processing system for substrates
A sorptive wiper for cleaning is disclosed, the wipe comprising a cleaned and dried sorptive material having fewer than 150 contaminant fibers per square meter that are greater than 100 μm in length.
Separation process and plant for particulate matter
Process and plant for particulate matter along a conveyor system of products, said plant having a collection system which sucks a carrier gas flow and demarcates, in use, a suction chamber, namely a closed volume, with said product which advances in an advancing direction on an advancing plane; the separation plant having a separation system which is connected to said collection system and gets, in use, said carrier gas flow and particulate matter; wherein said separation system separates particulate matter from the carrier gas flow.
Chain Cleaning Device
The present invention is a chain cleaning device with a track that guides a chain through a cleaning chamber. The cleaning chamber forms air flow pathways along the sides of the chain. Discharge ports in the chamber ceiling direct a high velocity working air flow spanning the width of the chamber at the upper surfaces of the chain to generate high velocity swirling air flows that progress through the interior openings of the chain and through the pathways along the outer sides of the chain. The compact nature of the cleaning chamber and the close proximity of its walls to the chain maintain the high velocity working and swirling air flows against the various differently oriented surfaces of the chain to remove dirt, grease, grit and grime from the multi-surface chain, including the nooks and crannies where chain plates, pins and rollers come together.
METHOD AND DEVICE FOR REMOVING IMPURITIES IN GRANULES
A method and apparatus for removing impurities from granules are provided, the method includes: adopting at least one of a low-frequency acoustic wave gas guided wave mode, a high-frequency acoustic wave gas guided wave mode and a high-frequency acoustic wave solid guide mode, so that the acoustic waves are transmitted to the granules to be removed to weaken the bonding force between the granules and the impurities in the granules to be removed, while using airflow to enhance the separation of the impurities and the granules. Among them, the low-frequency acoustic wave gas guided wave mode is that the low-frequency acoustic wave is transmitted by using gas as a wave guide medium; the high-frequency acoustic wave gas guided wave mode is that the high-frequency acoustic wave is transmitted by using gas as a wave guide medium.
High efficiency stripper nozzle
A high efficiency stripper nozzle, with a through hole configured to be connected to the through hole of another nozzle, guide, or nozzle, which comprises several radial channels that pass through the nozzle from the perimeter zone to the hole at its entrance zone. The nozzle may be divided into several pieces which can be connected together in a removable way and replaceable, which may form the radial channels between them with different sections and angles with respect to the axis of the hole. The radial channels may contact externally with an opening located on one of the surfaces of the nozzle or on one of the surfaces of the nozzle to which the nozzle is connected.
